Monday Restore is a space where connection, healing, and joy come alive in a way that stays with you long after the night ends. The evening is designed to challenge, renew, and energize. We started with a powerful breath and sound healing ceremony led by Jenny Rose, diving deep into what surfaces and creating space for growth and release.

From there, we put on our silent disco headphones and immersed ourselves in recorded live shows from CloZee and ODESZA. The energy in the room was electric as we moved freely, letting the music guide us in a powerful release of whatever came up during the ceremony. The beats fueled a sense of freedom and expression, creating a collective energy that was almost tangible.

We wrapped up the evening rotating between the sauna and cold plunge, embracing the extremes of heat and cold while sharing laughter and meaningful conversations. It was more than just a night—it was a chance to reset, reconnect, and recharge, setting a strong foundation for the week ahead.

That’s a wrap on this year’s tournament season!! We are SO incredibly proud of the work the Dino’s have put in this year. For the first time since 2017 (7 years!!!) we made it to regionals, a testament to the growth our team has seen and the commitment everyone is putting in. We can’t wait to come back even stronger next year, with new and returning players alike.

Think we’re done? Never fear! We will still be practicing in the offseason. If you’ve ever wanted to join us for practices, now is a great time to start! It’s never too late, just hit up our email or dms. We’d love to have you!
