Posting this was actually the first time I heard that CACKLE I made at the bottom🤣

Anyways, I want to be a bird. And when I was learning to surf last week I wanted to be a fish, and it got me thinking.

How blessed are we to have consciousness, I think the ability to be ANYTHING far outweighs the pains of life.

How blessed are we to be alive! To have people close to us they can overfill our cups with their love.

How blessed are we to be able to laugh so hard we can barely breathe.

All this to say, thanks for letting me do a little bit more of everything @oregonbungee by @wix7.22

As spring rounds the corner, I've often thought of it as more of a new year than the calendar new year. It's a sign of the ending of the long darkness of since, and a signal of new growth to come.

Last spring will be known as one of the grandest strides of growth I have experienced. It signified my own severance from the path I was told I was supposed to walk, and the turn towards finding the path I'm destined to run.

While the past year had posed some of the toughest hurdles, I was well rewarded for each one.

The glorious sights of Bend, oh this place holds dreams up high in its mountains, woven into its trees, and hidden deep in the caves. I was even graced with the glory of the northern lights atop Central Oregon's highest peak.

I found comfort in solitude, and peace in discomfort. Q*Bert (my new truck and camper) soon to become my new home, was NOT ONE BIT prepared for the winter, waking up to pretty much typical winter air temperature inside my home is not the most pleasant experience. I feel so blessed to have Q*Bert, him and I are going to be an inseparable pair

And to those of you, who continue to reach out and share your love in your beautiful ways, big and small, your words are my soul's fuel, helping me to continue chugging along the path of life.

I love you all, happy spring, and I wish you all new growth by @wix7.22

South Sister Excursion 2/2

Then after the sun rose it became even MORE perfect, as the fog rolled over bachelor, but stayed clear to get reverse shots
(There's a tiny path in slide 3 where slide 4 was taken from)

Plus I'm getting that last photo framed of broken top barely peeking through the mist-shadowed trees

South Sister Excursion 1/2

Started hiking at 9:30 pm on Sunday, only thinking about redemption for the last time I tried to climb this mountain (this time I didn't try to climb it in a blizzard)

Wish I could have gotten pictures of the meteor showers, took me 7 hours to climb cause I KEPT STOPPING FOR THEM THEY WERE SO COOL

But that wasn't all, THE NORTHERN LIGHTS also made an appearance (couldn't figure out how to get a good picture of them before they disappeared as the sun rose)

Literally, meteors, northern lights then sunrise, you COULDN'T ask for anything more perfect by @wix7.22

Feeling lots of "P" this week

Pride, Possibilities, (and Petrichor cause OH do I love the rain)

Like a snake, I shed my skin to reveal my strength renewed.
New apartment, new job, new friends and new adventure.

I look ahead with so much excitement, who knows where I'm going, I certainly can't wait to find out by @wix7.22
