Last Thursday at @audiobarlv, we hosted our first-ever Raver Roundtable (Las Vegas Raver Meetup) — and the response was amazing. ❤️‍🔥

More than 30 people who love dance music, rave culture and the community came out ready to connect with new, like-minded friends.

The conversations went everywhere — Dreamstate Festival, relationships and our personal journeys, EDC Colombia, our first rave memories, costume and outfit ideas, upcoming events and more.

One of our favorite moments was @nytehypevince giving everyone a tour of the #RaveRoots Bar, sharing the stories behind the classic rave flyers preserved in the bartop.

Huge thank you to Sin for bringing rave clothing to give away, @plur_city for reminding us that this community welcomes people of every age, @mrsyorl for encouraging everyone to meet at least three new people with a little incentive, @lasvegasshufflers for always representing the culture, @itsbrettortiz and @j.t.gamez for providing the soundtrack 🎧, and @nippyiswack for capturing the night 📸

We also loved having the @desertwavesfilmmusicfestival mixer happening alongside us. There was so much natural crossover and synergy between both communities.

Will there be another #RaverRoundtable?

Absolutely.

This first meetup showed us there’s a real need for spaces where ravers can actually talk, connect and make friends — not just meet each other on a loud dancefloor.

So we’re doing it again:

Hey friends! 🥳 My birthday was Aug 7, but I never planned an official celebration… until now!

I was inspired by my friend @tonykash888, who recently celebrated his birthday with us on a Sunday afternoon at @audiobarlv. I loved that friends could drop in and out throughout the day without having to commit to one big block of time.

So here’s your invite! ❤️

🎂 VINCENT’S BIRTHDAY DROP-IN
📅 This Sunday, Aug 23
⏰ 2–8pm

🥂 Brunch + $25 bottomless mimosas until 3pm
🍕 Dinner after

🎧 My brother @djboogi is coming in from Charleston, NC!

I’ll also either throw on a playlist of old-school rave tunes or let some more DJ friends hop on. 😎

OLD-SCHOOL RAVERS: My favorite year of my life was 2000, when I first started raving. If you have old rave flyers or photos, BRING THEM! I want to do a little show-and-tell and reminisce about our favorite parties, people, memories and stories from back in the day. ❤️

I’ve also been meaning to put more music memorabilia up around Audio Bar, so maybe I’ll recruit some of you to help me with that too. 😂

I’m turning 43, so I would 1-43 YOU ALL for coming! 😂❤️

Especially those of you who somehow STILL haven’t come to see the bar of my dreams that we created. 👀

I just want to take a moment and praise God for all the wonderful people he’s put in my life and for his overwhelming love, grace, protection, goodness, peace, wisdom, joy, blessing, favor and kindness that he’s bestowed upon me. There’s been several times in my life I have survived near death experiences and I’m beyond grateful to live every day and share it with the ones that come into my life, even if it’s in passing, with the flash of a smile.

I would like to leave you with a couple of things here on this day, while we wrap up the end of the year…

#1 All things, NO MATTER HOW BiG or SMALL are possible with God. You can do anything with Christ who strengthens you. All you have to do is talk to him like a father, and he will listen. He will always be there for you. He’s never late, never early, He’s always right on time. I challenge you to trust God more than always trying to do things your way, and watch how your life changes.

#2 If you had unlimited money, you already traveled everywhere and you already have all the things you ever wanted…. How would you spend your time? I ask this question to everyone I care about that might be a little lost or isn’t as happy as they might want to be with their life, and need a little direction. You don’t have to answer yourself right away, really think about it. Once you figure it out, find a way to DO THAT and you will be happy. It’s actually quite simple yet very complex at the same time. Everyone has a purpose! You just need to find out what yours is.

I’m always here to add value to others and build them up in any way I can ever to help pursue their dreams. Have the best day of your life today, and EVERY Day, because we are never promised of tomorrow. LOVE YOU. ~Duffle bag boy
