Little things. Long game.
Reading about blue zones in @foreverdogbook by @rodneyhabib and @drkarenbecker , alongside @ikigaibook by @kirainet sparked a thought.

What does living a long, fulfilling life really look like, not just for us, but for our dogs too?

Good nutrition matters, but it's only one piece of the puzzle. It's the experiences, adventures, relationships and little everyday moments that make those years worth living. And I think that applies just as much to us humans as it does to our dogs.

For Loki, we're learning to make more intentional choices, exploring what works for him and embracing purpose over popularity. Not chasing every new trend, but focusing on what genuinely adds value to his life.

Because longevity isn't just about adding years to life. It's about adding life to those years.
