September recap. 🤩💜
.
.
What a month! September was a month of extreme opposites, very high highs but also some lows - especially with the killings of our women.

We ran for HER, we ran for us, we got a GunRun PB, we found 100% consistency of not running but being active every single day in September (2nd month going).

We had lots of fun with the family, were chasing sunsets and saw my dad for the first time in 16 months. There was also the issue of some running niggles and simply taking things slower instead of pushing through (like I first wanted to).

Thank you September, now we focus on October before we enter a 16-week Peninsula training block from November. It’s gonna get real…

Happy running, fam. Let’s appreciate being able to do what we love, and chasing a better version of ourselves. Let’s appreciate being alive. 🙏

This was kinda fun 🤩 make me your Marshall forever @westcoastathleticclub @intercare_ and place me in this very spot 😹🔥🥳🥳 it was great seeing you all. Almost missed the god of running @ashraforrie 🥹. I think I’ll focus on being a Marshall for now. 😅🙌🏽
