Join me for a GUT HEALTH workshop to learn how to use movement, nutrition + lifestyle habits to support both digestion + overall health.

Gut health (and our ability to digest food well) impacts all aspects of health - including hormones, metabolism, fertility + immune system - which is why taking care of your gut health is important even if your digestion “is fine.”

Gut health can also be complicated and often misunderstood (you don’t need a juice cleanse or detox) and this workshop will help you understand what to focus on and what not to worry about.

We’re teaming up with The Animal Pad and Wolf & Lion for another morning of movement, community, and some seriously adorable rescue puppies!

And the best part? We’re doing it for a cause. ❤️

🐾 Meet adorable puppies looking for their forever homes.

🧘 Enjoy a yoga session led by Wolf & Lion.

❤️ Help support The Animal Pad’s mission to rescue dogs and find them loving families.

💛 Community is about more than bringing people together. It’s about giving people a place to feel heard, understood, and supported.

This past weekend, Adams Ave Fitness had the privilege of hosting the EndoEdu SoCal Community Meetup, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible work this organization is building.

Endometriosis affects so many lives, yet far too many people navigate their experiences without the education, understanding, and support they deserve.

What EndoEdu is creating goes beyond awareness. They’re building a community where people can share their experiences, ask questions, connect with others, and feel a little less alone.

A huge thank-you to the EndoEdu team, Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson, the educators, and everyone who helped make this gathering possible. 💛

These are the kinds of things I envisioned when I opened Adams Ave Fitness. Not just a place to work out, but a space where people and organizations can come together to make a difference.

hey community,

a year ago, shore and sage was still a concept. I genuinely had no idea if it would flop and literally no one would should up 😮‍💨

what I did have was a delusional belief that San Diego could have a place where you could spend a a day exploring local makers, trying out new experiences, connecting with your neighbors, and just be— without having to spend a dollar to belong.

since then, you’ve shown up!! you’ve brought your kids, met your favorite small businesses, tried new wellness practices, made friends, and turned this market into so much more than a market.

and along the way this evolved from something I was building alone into something we are building together 🥹

and now I need your support again, some members of this community have nominated shore and sage for the Community Hub Award at the @walkaboutapp Community Impact Awards 🥹🥳

A lil October magic at the Wolf & Lion Tubac Ranch Retreat. ✨🌙

My first retreat was truly something special. So grateful I got to soak up all the yoga, horseback riding, poolside relaxation, and beautiful connections while sharing my own lil slice of healing through massage and skincare. 🫶🏼
