If you want quick wins or overnight success, I’m not your person.
If you’re afraid to make mistakes, I’m not your person.
If you’re scared to lose a little money before you make more, I’m not your person.

I work with people who can take a breath, trust their gut, and keep going even when it feels impossible. They don’t need me to dance around the truth, they just want slow, steady, imperfect progress.

That’s who I love to build with!

If this sounds like you, schedule a free discovery call through my link in bio!

I started reading Atomic Habits and am obsessed with all the talk of process. One of my favorite quotes from the book is “It is your commitment to the process that will determine your progress.” So good!

As entrepreneurs, we have spent so much time building. This makes it extremely difficult to give away any part of anything to ANYONE! It takes so much trust and bravery. And that’s just part of the process.

If you are feeling stunted and don’t know why, take a look at the support around you. I’m not just talking about your community, I’m talking about people that you hire to help your business grow and make more money.

If you’re looking for support with moving your business to the next level and need someone you can trust, book a call with me. I am a trusted advisor for multiple small businesses and love watching you grow!

My friend sent me an article the other day and the CEO stated “we can’t afford high ego staff” 🤯

Ummm yeah?! That’s what it’s all about right? It’s about empathy. It’s about understanding. It’s about working as a team. COLLABORATION. That’s how we succeed.

This goes across the board for everything in my life so I’m sure it does for yours too.

When we have a huge ego instead of focusing on what’s important, things start to crumble. People start to fight over nonsense. We dread showing up.

What do you think about creating a world where our ego takes a backseat for the higher good of our company and our relationships?

Tell me what you think below!

Communicating how you work best should be your first priority in the workplace. Put systems in place so you can do your best work!

White boards
Sticky notes
Paper
Task apps
Lists on your phone

I love a mix of all of these! What are you using these days to keep yourself organized and meeting deadlines?

Rainy day in LA means I’m looking like the picture on the left 😂 How’s your week starting off?

Some days you wake up early, workout, take the dog out, eat breakfast, and fix your hair - all before 9 am.

And then other days your alarm goes off and your eyes are barely open as you manage to throw on whatever you can find and run out the door with a piece of toast hanging from your mouth.

This is called life 😂

Regardless of what your day is looking like so far, I hope you remember you’re enough and your presence is appreciated in your home and in the workplace 💜

I have been feeling the OPPOSITE of this picture this week.

So sick. No energy. Fevers. Not covid?? Will I die? Who knows 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ no I think I’m fine but I’m staying far away from the public.

I am so grateful for a boss who values the fact that I’m human. Monday I was on and off, Tuesday I powered through most of the day, and then Wednesday I was like ya know what? I need to sleep. And BAM I feel almost 100% today… why didn’t I take that time earlier 🤦🏼‍♀️

I feel like all my posts tell you to take sick time, take PTO, be a HUMAN because well, it’s true. I do really amazing and important work when I know that my boss respects my human.

Are you good at taking time for yourself before you burn out? Share your tips below!

Describe a recent moment when you felt yourself come alive.

I'm about to go on an acting retreat YAY and we had to complete a questionnaire beforehand. This was one of the questions and it made me think about how much my life has shifted in the past year and a half.

Working fully remote, traveling more than ever, doing multiple auditions a week, trying to get new clients for my business.

Abundance!!! Right? And yet I sit here some days and am like WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Do you ever wake up feeling that way?

My answer to the question talked about how we went to Joshua Tree and Carleton brought water balloons - REMEMBER THOSE?? and how we were just drenched after throwing them at each other. Running around, cackling, belly laughs, sunshine.

What I'm after isn't necessarily a life filled to the brim with exciting days of throwing water balloons, but it IS creating a life where every day is filled with at least one thing that makes you think... wow.... I feel abundant, I feel free.

I'd love to hear about a recent moment when you felt yourself come alive.
Business
Life
Family
Or maybe a mix of all 3.
