This week, I’m feeling a wave of gratitude.

Firstly, I’m incredibly thankful for my family, who always stands by me through thick and thin.

I’m also blessed to work with such an amazing team and company, their support makes work feel like home.

I get to service the most incredible clients. Lastly, my friends and neighbors make me feel so fortunate to be surrounded by the best. 💖

All of this : spiritual new age movement is as cringe as religious dogma to me .. to be clear

“Not even one minute into a podcast, and this loopy chick said all the buzzwords….

Consciousness
Cosmic energy
Collective frequency
Integrated
Consciousness
Healing
Innerstand
Universe experiencing itself through you
Consciousness
Unconditional love
Divine empathy
Save humanity
We are all one
Ego death
Consciousness

She did not miss not one buzzword. I think she may have said this all in one sentence.

Bro, tell me you’re a New Ager without telling me you’re a new ager.

They’re all starting to sound the same.

Tell me the truth, are these your own thoughts?

Or are you just regurgitating content you heard from Gaia “

Y’all. Can not even begin to explain how grateful I am to know these amazingly incredibly devoted to the cause people. Imagine having spent hundreds of thousands in desperation and losing years of your life and then bam something completely somehow miraculously changes everything ? Not only did I spend that money and leverage even far far more but I did it all just to be told repeatedly that it’s permanent condition that I was in and that I was basically at the end of what’s going to help other than major pain management.
CTE is considered an incurable brain injury w the average lifespan of 52. Im 45 guys ..

Not only are we reversing everything but I have the love and support of the most phenomenal extended family I could ever ask for. I’ve been so blessed to be part of so much community in my life and trust me when I say there’s some weird ones out there. This isn’t anything other than the most dedicated , heart based , down to earth hydrated humans you could ever ask for. I am so beyond better from the changes I’ve made and then even beyond best all from having these true true friends all over the world that get to come to my place while I visit so many of them in theirs. This shits amazing yall and guess what ?! Next one is in Asheville NC baby. We out here in the rainforest and if any of you are down and want to attend it please holler about how. You’ll never look back 🌊
Beyond beyond grateful. 🙏🏽🌊
When you change your water body w this water you literally will change every department of your life. I’ll look any of you in the eyes and say this a million times. Please let me know if you’re interested and if you can’t make it to this we can still get you started on changing your life forever for the best. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘🏔 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗦❗️

⚡️The amount of energy one can grasp when reconnecting with nature is unmatched. We hear about, we wonder and ponder about Gods creation…it is until we experience and immerse ourselves into it is when the real magic arises.

👣Traveling, exploring, adventuring, being a kid again at any age is a medicine that won’t be found at your local doctors office or pharmacy. These are things many of us are craving especially in our world today.

☀️God makes no mistakes, just as God designed us to be in synergy with all things around us. From the air, the sky, the sun, the land, the food and water, we have this innate connection that has been covered up and hidden from us for centuries.

🧬We are waking up now, and waking up to the beauty around us. While fear, anxiety, doubt and worry can cloud our minds and hearts…love compassion, gratitude and kindness can light it up again.

✈️These last few weeks of travel have provided me with great insight and reflection of what truly matters in life. Something that has felt void in the last few years after experiencing so many challenges, loses and setbacks. It can bring you back to yourself, out of the mind and into the heart and body again. Gods kingdom.

🌲If you haven’t yet, add “forest therapy” to your regimen, I promise you from the flood of negative (-) ions and electrons to the energy of vibration of earths surface , with the energy of the sun and the Spirit in the air and breathe we can all return to origin and come out better.

Community!
Tribe!
Family!

In these times, it’s very important to continue to 🐝 GENTLE with yourself and 🐝 GENTLE with others.
Many of us are facing heightened stress, worry, inadequacy, self doubt, feelings of loss, etc..
The best thing we can do is continue to be gentle in our approach, gentle with our outlook and we can do this by loosening our grip on things as they happen. Allowing things to roll right off of us. Not attaching to them or the outcome.

Take your power back by being gentle and loosening your grip! You got this!

Over 10 years ago, my skin cancer surgeon was doing studies with healing water on his psoriasis patients and seeing dramatic results. He wanted me to try for my Crohn’s and at the time I couldn’t understand how water could make a difference. I wish I had listened and gave it a try because it would have saved me so much suffering, time and money. Don’t lose out on the opportunity of learning about one simple change that can have profound effects on your health.
