Building Stairs have been a trade that I have had the blessing of a good mentor and Sensei (one who has gone before)

He so happens to be my father. @steverichens100

I am super grateful for the lessons, trials, challenges, and hardships in every single step of every job I’ve done since working with my dad from the age of 14.

I know one thing’s for certain, some things we will never know, and some things we do the best based on that which we do. I Always, in All ways will remain a (humble) pupil to the path of growth and transformation as long as I tread this Earth. Thinking you know it all or thinking you are a Guru is the greatest mistake avoided by the greatest experts and masters. Only a pre-Madonna boasts of being a Guru.

Each step I choose to do the best I know how,

But as we say in the trade,

Sometimes it’s: “by guess, by golly”

We all are just doing the best we know, one step at a time.

My heart is so full of love and appreciation today as it’s been 3 Years since we went and semi-eloped to our family property where my dad married us to make this beautiful woman my Queen 👑

These 3 years have been the most challenging, expansive, and also the most absolute “worth it” years of my life. Especially after having a little kiddo.

This is the Woman that has helped to grow and shape me into the man I am today, and I am so grateful because without her I would seriously be half the man.

Sometimes you don’t realize how madly in love you are until love challenges you in ways you are due growth.

I am so grateful for the paths we have chosen to walk together. It’s a path less traveled but a path full of adventure, excitement, emotion, and a true loving energy I like to call living.
