Mark Spain Nashville all getting outfitted and almost ready to open up. This is our 9th office to help work on for these guys, and they are such a treat to work with!

Thanks @woodfloh for jumping in to bring it together on-site, and get that 300 pound 12 foot table up the stairs and in the building 👏🏼👏🏼

Check out the prep + finish process of this staircase! 👏

@woodfloh ensured the red oak stairs were properly prepared for finish before applying Oil Plus 2C in the color “Cornsilk” for a light and natural appearance!

We’re close to wrapping our Truckee, CA investment property renovation and found time to make some special touches. Adam made this hook and ring game out of skis that we found at a local resale shop. Such a fun and sustainable way to give the home some local flare! Thanks to @woodfloh for the footage!

This originally was gonna be a a little cafe stand in the kitchen, but it made it’s way to the living room while the kitchen was being updated, and kind of stayed there. It was an eye sore so I updated it to be more intentional in its new space. Now it’s a cute little book case end table
