Travelled to Colorado to take some quarter sawn white oak and fluted the hell out of it to make this floating entryway credenza. The @bitsbitscompany router bit was the MVP of this build. 💪🏻 Color is “White” by @rubiomonocoatusa 😍 by @woodfloh

Some scraps become more than nailers or jigs.

I love the choices this beautiful family made for their new office. The forest green and smoky ash create a light and calming vibe in which to work, amongst a surplus of storage. Fun build!

This job was very special to me. I actually love exposed plywood end grain in some scenarios. My good friend reached out with some design goals and linear measurements, and I joyfully leapt at the chance to work with Baltic Birch. All the doors feature continuous grain, as well as European-style cut-outs in place of handles. They’ll obviously need adjustment after install, but I can’t wait to see these babies in their home.

Took some white oak scraps and made a funky bookshelf!

Easy peasy little mudroom hall tree. Color matched the paint with the trim, “Dark Walnut” on red oak for the bench, and board and batten to tie the cabinets together.

Kid’s growing up. She needed a bed, we needed storage. Six drawers showing continuous grain, with coved notches on the drawer fronts to act as pulls. Added grooves on the foot and headboard for some subtle texture.

The hardest worker I know.
I watch this man put everything into his craft. He puts the most care and attention to detail into every piece he makes because he wouldn’t want anything less for himself. Where others might say “it’s good enough”, he says “I can do better” and he does.
He never over-charges… if anything, he’s working to finally charge what he deserves.
Here’s something of his own design with, of course, the signature soft-close. Someone needs these on either side of their bed. 👀🥹

Anyway, I’m proud of you, @woodfloh, and you deserve the world. by @woodfloh

Projects for family are the most fun. My sister wanted a floating entertainment center with more space and cable management. I’ve been digging the fluted look lately and thankfully she has been as well. Red oak with Classic Gray and Old Masters Apex. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 by @woodfloh

We moved to Texas!

Today I found myself complaining a ton lol. How far away the lumber yard is, how I have to move everything to get to anything, how I have tools and stuff in three different places across town, blahblahblah…

But dude… I have a temporary work space, WITH A ROOF, none of my stuff was damaged in the move, I’ve been more hungry than ever to create, the future’s wide open. I love my family. by @woodfloh
