From the moment I could reach the kitchen counter, I’ve been a little chef in the making- mixing, stirring, and creating total chaos (as these throwback pics prove! 😂). Who knew that toddler me rolling out dough and “helping” with dinner would lead to this? Fast forward to today: It feels absolutely surreal that in just a few short weeks, I’ll be launching my very own seasoning product, Ramen Buddy, at the National Grocers Association show in Las Vegas! This all-purpose seasoning is designed to elevate your instant ramen (or any dish, really) into something gourmet-level delicious. Can’t wait to share it with the world! A huge shoutout to my incredible friends who’ve cheered me on through every experiment, taste test, and late night idea session…you know who you are. Your encouragement made this dream a reality. ❤️ If you’re as excited as I am, follow along on our Social Media pages for launch updates, behind-the-scenes peeks, and maybe even some exclusive giveaways. Let’s spice things up together! 🌶️ -Chef Amanda #RamenBuddy #KitchenAdventures #TheNGAShow

Patty melts, but make them extra juicy 👀 This one uses a quick poach to keep the burger tender before it hits the skillet — and yes, it makes a difference. Save this recipe for the next time comfort food is calling. #fyp #RamenBuddy #ramenbuddyusa #comfortfood #easyrecipes #pattymelt

🥜🍜 Peanut Butter Instant Noodles?! Yes. Trust us. Before we cook, let’s talk about a kitchen concept that makes every recipe easier: ✨ Mise en place ✨ It just means getting everything prepped before you turn on the stove—ingredients chopped, measured, and ready to go. Why it matters: ✔️ Less stress ✔️ Fewer mistakes ✔️ More time to actually enjoy cooking This cozy peanut butter noodle bowl is the perfect example. Once everything’s ready, it comes together fast—and tastes way better than it has any right to 😌 👉 Save this for your next “what do I make with ramen?” moment #MiseEnPlace #PeanutButterNoodles #EasyComfortFood #ramenbuddy #ramenlover
