This installation is an experience you step into an immersive room where you lose track of time. You see the stone. 🪨🗿✨🌲
Today, on the 28th, is the last day of this beautiful installation. I feel grateful and happy for what this exhibition became -a space shaped by years of work, care, and persistence- and also a little sad to let it go.

Come by this evening, I’ll be there from 17:30 to 19:30.
If you can only make it later, just let me know; I probably won’t want to lock the doors anyway 🥲

Some shots from last Friday, the opening of Nothing Hides Like Light. I was still buzzing for days from the energy that filled that room! After two years of living in Munich, this was my first solo show, and I can’t thank everyone enough who came by and showed some interest in my art.⚡️🫶🏽 It was a-ma-zing!

Big thanks to @work.inprogress.gallery for opening their space to me, helping with everything along the way, and giving me the whole creative freedom, since I am their last artist in the project. 🙌🏽

If you missed the opening, you can still visit the gallery. You can see it from outside and we will be at the gallery for the most evenings including 23.,24.,27. 🥳

Until then dont forget that #thestoneseesyou 🗿

These days are all about working long hours, bathing in paint, and carrying things between the atelier, art shop, and installation space. 😁 It is messy, intense, and exciting, but it is all coming together! Can’t wait to share “Nothing Hides Like Light”, opening October 17th ✨

Dear Munich friends and art lovers ✨
I’m happy to invite you to the vernissage of my upcoming site-specific installation, Nothing Hides Like Light.

The work will transform a painted room through shifting light, revealing visibility, invisibility and the in-between that holds them together. I will be painting in the space during the ten days before the opening.

Opening: 17 October at Fraunhoferstr. 21 ab 18:30
You are warmly invited, save the date!

@kulturladen_im_Westend
@minsin_work
@work_in _progress gallery
@centralartlab
@die_caretaria
@kulturladen_westend

(Kostenloses Ticketing inclusive 🫶)

AWEBO Festival is a small gathering organized by friends just for the sake of it. The secret location is deep in the Bavarian woods, yet the towering pine trees and the sandy ground give off Italian vibes—even if it’s been pouring for days straight.

Since this little puddle of joy was organized by dear friends of ours, we put a lot of effort (well, that’s honestly what we always do) into building an exciting illumination concept, blending the stages with their natural surroundings while still focusing the viewer’s eye with captivating patterns.

While the second stage was fully covered in our well-known analog projections, we took a different approach for the first stage, blasting a sound-reactive show laser, controlled via MIDI, through the haze and into the woods.
