WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY COMPETING FOR? 🏆

More than another competition.

A state championship title.

A place on the biggest Strongman stage Western Australia has ever built.

A chance to test yourself against athletes from WA, across Australia, Asia and beyond.

A pathway toward the Arnold Strongman Pro-Am, Lightweight, Middleweight, and Masters World Championships.

And the opportunity to discover how far you are willing to go when something bigger is placed in front of you.

These opportunities do not appear by waiting until you feel ready.

They begin when you step onto the platform.

100 athlete spots.
One stage.
One opportunity.

The field is forming now.

i end this comp proud of what i achieved as a solo opens woman’s athlete. something that was supposed to be for fun ended up being a huge mental challenge, but i walk out of it a better and wiser athlete.

i am BEYOND impressed by all these cool cats who competed at WA’s Strongest today. a huge shoutout to @leo_d_murray for fighting hard and walking away the second strongest opens man in the state. an insane performance that words cannot describe.

WHY STRONGMAN IS DIFFERENT ❤️💪

From the outside, Strongman looks like a battle.

The biggest athletes.
The heaviest weights.
The fiercest competition.

But step behind the competition barriers…

…and you’ll discover something completely different.

You’ll see athletes sharing chalk before a lift.

Helping each other apply tacky before Atlas Stones.

Giving technique tips to the person they’re competing against.

Celebrating someone else’s personal best like it was their own.

Cheering louder for their rivals than they do for themselves.

Because in Strongman, we’re all chasing the same thing.

To find out what we’re truly capable of.

Yes, only one person wins the title.

But every athlete who steps onto the competition floor pushes everyone else to become stronger.

That’s why people stay in this sport.

Not because of the trophies.

Because of the people.

As we celebrate 20 years of WA Strongman, we’re proud of the records we’ve witnessed and the champions we’ve crowned.

But we’re even prouder of the community we’ve built together.

❤️ Stronger Together.

If you’ve ever thought about trying Strongman…

This is your invitation.

Come and experience the sport that’s built differently.
