When the trip is short, you have to be intentional about where you spend your time. And I’m so glad Work It Pilates made the list.

A Black-owned Pilates studio in Nashville with great instruction, good energy, a welcoming community, and a beautiful space. My kind of morning.

I love finding wellness spaces when I travel, but finding a Black-owned one makes it even better.

If Nashville is on your itinerary, put Workout Pilates on the list!🤎

It’s Chic to love the fundamentals and basics, but versatility is Chic too.

When I first started my Pilates apprenticeship, I said I didn’t want to learn anything other than mat.

No chair, no reformer, no tower, no sculpt, nothing. Just Classical mat.

While 6 months later, Classical mat still remains my absolute favorite, I’ve found myself very intrigued in the other apparatuses. I’ve now taken 2 tower classes, with a 3rd scheduled!

I’m learning, growing, trying new classes, exploring new avenues, and techniques. I’m excited for the constant growth in my practice that’s to come.

Let’s grow together ☺️

A few moments from classes this month. 🥹

Every Saturday in May looked a little different, but each class brought new faces, meaningful conversations, and reminders of why I started Florecer in the first place.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me as their instructor, attended a class, booked a private session, or supported a collaboration this month.

This community continues to grow, and I’m so grateful to be part of it.

Here’s to June and everything ahead. 🤍

Thank you to @india.marie and @workitpilates for providing this opportunity during Mental Health Awareness Month. We appreciate your partnership and support of Creative Girls Rock®️ as we continue creating meaningful wellness experiences for mothers, daughters, and families in our community.

From stretching and strengthening to laughter and bonding, this class was a reminder of the importance of prioritizing both physical and mental wellness together. Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning!

Who needs a normal dance circle when everybody can do Pilates instead? ✨😂

Just a group of future Pilates instructors being unserious for 2 minutes. Thanks for participating in my nonsense 🫶🏽

Yesterday’s class was BRUTAL, but I’m really excited to see where this journey takes all of us, and I’m grateful to be doing it alongside such a fun group of girls 🤍
