I’ve always been a woman who serves. 🤎

Through fitness, ministry, my clients, family, friends, and community—I genuinely love pouring into others and showing up wherever God gives me the opportunity.

But along my own journey, I’ve learned something important: a woman can spend so much time pouring that she forgets she needs somewhere to be poured into, too.

Sometimes the woman who encourages everyone else needs encouragement. The woman who keeps showing up needs rest. And the woman who takes care of everyone deserves space to simply be.

That’s the heart behind A Time for ME. 🌿

Next Sunday, August 30th, I’m creating a space for women to pause and intentionally pour back into themselves through faith, movement, self-care, wellness education, meaningful conversation, and sisterhood.
