🌱🌱Hi everyone, I'm awfully behind, but today we're highlighting the tomatoes that @writerleahg has been growing for us. They are absolutely massive for how early in the year it still is. Her tomato variety Siberian is already blooming! (That's our shortest maturing small slicing tomato.) The two varieties pictured if you swipe right are Federle (gorgeous large paste variety) and Mr Stripey (the yellow/red striped slicer). New to our growing this year is Abu Rawan (high heat tolerance). Come see us at @buttersugarflourindy on Saturday May 6th at 9 am. *REMINDER* we are Cash ONLY*🌱🌱

Last night I was encouraged to think through who I really want to be. What does the woman I want to be wear? think about? do each morning? spend her time on? Questions like that. The question was posed at a business meeting, and my immediate thoughts were business-related. But then I quickly realized that everything I do impacts my business, so my list turned away from work-specific things to general life. As I pondered the question further this morning, some of the things I wrote down were: • She is not easily ruffled when plans changed, because though she prepares for all aspects of her life to the best of her ability, she also holds her plans loosely, keeping in mind that God’s plans are higher and better than hers. • She prays without ceasing. • She speaks words of life over people. • She follows through on her commitments, being careful not to commit to too many things so that she can honor those commitments she has chosen. • She spends her money wisely, recognizing that all she has is hers because of the God who gives al things to His children. • She loves without judgment and without needing to know all the details. • She reads books that nourish her soul and compel her to continue ministering to others. • She rests when she is tired. • She embraces each season with gratitude, not with complaining. • She patiently waits for others, as God has so many times patiently waited for her. I found this exercise really inspiring and encouraging to my soul. Have you ever done it for yourself? If not, I highly recommend it. I’d love to hear something you’d add to your list about the women you want to be. ✨
