Shene is an absolute Winner in all departments! Her work ethic and mindset is outstanding & her commitment to becoming a ShredFast athlete is amazing.

Yesterday’s session was all about going over some of the more advanced movements of ShredFast for her upcoming methodology test.

We simply go over each movement, the terminology and make sure form is correct along with the explanation of how to teach the movement.

One thing I really feel like I do well that sets me apart is form. I focus on the little details and practise all the time, picking up little coaching tips from other coaches more experienced.

If you need help with your form, whether you’re going for your athletes tests OR just want to improve for classes…

GIVE ME A SHOUT!

I’m here to help 🙌🏼💚
