Great morning spent with the talented team at Where the Heart Is Design Studio in Fort Worth, Texas, presenting the latest in hardwood and tile design.

A special thank you to Registered Interior Designer Savannah Jones for the opportunity to collaborate and explore materials that help bring inspired spaces to life. It’s always a pleasure connecting with designers who are passionate about creating beautiful, timeless interiors.

Looking forward to seeing these selections featured in future projects.

Come shoot a staged home with me ✨

One of my favorite parts of the job—walking into a space and seeing it fully brought to life. As a real estate photographer, I can tell you… staging makes everything feel warmer, more inviting, and helps buyers instantly picture themselves at home 💛

Shoutout to Leah Littenberg with Fine Point Homes and Where the Heart Is for making this one look so good!

Three offers in one weekend… but it started with 10 showings and zero offers.

Selling a home in Fort Worth takes more than putting a sign in the yard. The difference between sitting on the market and getting multiple offers comes down to the right strategy.

For this home we focused on:
• Professional staging
• High quality listing photos and video
• Strategic pricing based on active buyer demand
• Quick adjustments when the market gave us feedback

After a small price improvement, we had three offers the very next weekend and successfully navigated inspection, roof replacement, and financing hurdles all the way to closing.

Whether your home is $400,000 or $4 million, every transaction comes with some hurdles, but our job at Fine Point Homes is to handle the problems behind the scenes so you can focus on your next chapter.

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Fort Worth, let’s start with the right plan.

Send us a message to talk about what that specific plan looks like for your family’s goals and timeline.
