From staging a home to seeing it on screen🎬

This one came with quite the behind-the-scenes story, but our team made it happen.

So proud of everyone who helped bring this space back to life for Lioness!

Catch it in Season 3, Episode 6.🤍 by @wthidesigns

Some pieces are worth the wait

We originally had this dining table delivered on June 24, and what followed became one of the more challenging vendor experiences we’ve navigated on a project.

Over the last several months, our team worked through rescheduled deliveries, missing hardware, damaged replacement pieces, extended lead times and countless follow ups, all while trying to keep the project moving forward and minimize the disruption for our clients.

And through every single setback, our clients were incredibly gracious.

They trusted us to continue advocating for the right resolution, remained patient through each unexpected delay and handled every update with so much understanding. In a process that could have easily become frustrating, they made it feel collaborative from beginning to end.

In the meantime, a folding table and chairs became the temporary dining room setup while we waited for the final piece to arrive.

This week, we finally got to say goodbye to the folding table and hello to the gorgeous (undamaged) marble dining table of our dreams!!!

The dining table is officially in place and it was absolutely the right choice for the room. Its scale, material and clean lines ground the space beautifully, while the new @rejuvenation fixture and accent dining chairs bring in the warmth and character the room needed.

This project has been such a reminder that the finished spaces you see online rarely tell the full story.

Behind every installation are vendor relationships, freight delays, damaged pieces, replacement orders, phone calls, problem solving and a design team working behind the scenes to make sure the client ultimately receives the space they were promised.

We’re nearing the finish line on this home, and seeing our clients finally have the dining room they’ve been waiting for made this installation especially sweet. taken in Aledo, Texas by @wthidesigns

Meet Bry + Brittney of The Selling Sisters Realty Group 🤍

From helping clients navigate buying and selling to helping agents build careers of their own, these two bring a lot of heart, strategy, and personality to everything they do.

We loved getting to know the women behind the business a little better — from 80 books a year and epic fantasy to astrology, Human Design, and everything in between.

We’re so excited to have them as the first feature in our Agents We Love series.

come take a lighting tour of our meadow crest design project with us!

the contrast of the sconces on the Austin stone is exactly what we envisioned

can someone say ambiance?

this wainscoting is what dreams are made of! I love all the details that went into making this space feel warm and cozy!

and who says fans can’t be aesthetic?

the color drench paint really makes the fixtures POP! Peep the jib door in the corner 👀

two words: HORSE HAIR!!

🐎🐎🐎

we have been waiting a longgggg time to install these beauties! Wallpaper to come and then they will really shine and have the moment they deserve!

The brass details 🤌

It’s a light. It’s a fan. It’s a fandelier! This is our go to fandelier!

we will switch out the bulb because it’s a little too warm but woah- such a perfect flush mount fixture for this pantry!

and the green tilessssss. Yes please!

another angle just to make sure you got it!

I could cry! 😢 might be our favorite fixture in the whole home!

these. are. everything. taken in Fort Worth, Texas by @wthidesigns

The finished space is only part of the story.

There’s a lot that happens before the final reveal — sourcing, planning, loading, styling, rearranging, and all the little details in between.

The work behind the work is what makes the finished space feel effortless. 🤍

A few cozy textures, warmer tones, and seasonal touches can completely shift a space without changing everything you already love about it.

And if the front porch is where you want to start, we can take care of that too. Our custom Pumpkin Porch Packages are now available!
