POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Earlier this week, I talked about how a lack of accountability kept you from starting your fitness journey and achieving long-term success.

You get motivated, think about starting, and then something happens, and you don’t follow through.

Or you started, and life got busy, and you didn’t see it through.

Life happens, and the goal is to include working on your health as part of that life.

Our busiest clients felt the same way. Life catches up, and before you know it, you have a health scare or see a picture of yourself that you can’t stand.

Our busiest clients use our coaching’s accountability to get things done.

We aren’t just adding more things to your to do list. We are transforming your life.

If you are ready for that next level of accountability and results, you are reading the right post.

I have available

* 1- In-Person Spot on my personal roster (Hands-on coaching at West Texas Strength in San Angelo)

* 3- In-Person Spots With Our Lead WTS Coaching Team (Hands-on, floor-led execution)

Comment READY and I’ll send you a DM with the next steps.

1)How strong you really are
-I feel like this is a obvious one. I’ve learned a lot in the way of my own abilities by just being a member. As a coach people never really know what their potential is until they have a system that works.

2)Support from every one
-In the gym everyone checks on one another. Not just physically but mentally. The support system not only goes into the gym it truly is past that. The members are family.

3)Knowledge
-There are many members with multiple years or experience and knowledge. Any questions you have someone has and answer.

4)It is safe
-If you need a spot someone is there. If you hurt yourself someone is there. No matter the issue someone is there.

5)Coach Ray is bald
-Yes I shaved my head.

I’ve always loved the gym. So going to the gym and working out wasn’t the problem.

Starting West Texas Strength and my busier schedule led me to reduce my training days from 3-4 days to 2-3.

One thing I struggled with was creating my own training program.

I didn’t struggle to create my own plan because I didn’t know what to do; I struggled because I spent most of my day training clients, creating programs, doing check-ins, and handling other business stuff, so when it came to me, my battery was drained.

I needed more accountability and someone to offload my own program that I trusted.

Having a plan let me walk into the gym, work out, and get things done.

Checked in with a coach and made prepping for a competition so much easier.

Working with another coach to dial in my training, reduce the decision making process around training, and keep me on track to my goals is a huge part of our WTS System.

Working with business and performance coaches has helped me dial in my process for clients.

If you have been looking for structure, clarity, and results, this is for you. Tomorrow, I’ll open a few spots for either in-person coaching (1-on-1 training) or 5 online coaching spots.

I like to limit the number of people I work with so I can devote enough time to your progress. However, I do have other coaches available.

Yesterday I mentioned one of our client success stories.

Accountability sped up her results and helped her build healthy habits so that she could keep the weight off.

How did that happen with a 1-hour personal training session 2-3x per week?

Here’s what we did.

1) Schedule sessions that fit her schedule. I try to avoid clients training on different days because I want to build consistency. Reschedules happen, and that’s ok.

2) Created daily goals to hit that lead to fat loss, better habits, and confidence.

3) Provided support throughout the week and strategies to tackle the weekends.

4) Taught the basics of nutrition. The things that make the most progress.

5) Overcame any roadblocks with simple solutions.

These 5 things we did helped her lose over 20lbs and made her comfortable with exercises like

Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press

It’s all included in our 3-phase WTS System

•Phase I: Create clarity and structure.
•Phase II: Dial everything in to optimize performance
•Phase III: Hit peak performance and develop long-term success.

Watch out for tomorrow’s post to learn how I applied this concept of accountability in my life.

Look at our clients’ awesome progress. She started as a beginner, not knowing what to do.

She struggled to show up for herself, and she knew she needed someone to show up and keep her on track.

Her busy work schedule, kids, and husband limited her time.

So, 5 am sessions incoming!

Along with the 5 am sessions, we implemented our WTS System.

16 weeks of a structured plan.
Week 1 through week 16.

Check out her progress, and she even hit the gym on vacation.

Tomorrow I’ll talk more about how our WTS System holds you accountable.

Accountability

You want to get in the gym.

The thought of stepping into the gym, working hard, and getting results is something you’ve wanted for a long time.

But you can’t help but think about

•if you’re doing the right exercises
•not hurting yourself
•not having motivation all the time
•failing again

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one who needs guidance and accountability.

Meeting weekly with a trainer increases your chances of success.

Having a trainer check in on you weekly to make sure you’ve

•completed all your workouts
•followed through with your nutrition
•taken the necessary steps to achieve the goals you set out for yourself.

Later this week, I’ll show you how one of our clients went from not knowing how to show up for herself to leading her own workouts and stepping into the gym confidently!

First ones in the books. Not the most satisfied with my performance but proud of my self that I did it. I plan to keep competing. Thanks to all the support for @wtxstrength members and my family.

Earlier this week, we talked about the endless noise.

How you cut out sugar, bread, and pasta, train 5 days a week, and then see a video saying you’re doing it all wrong. How you eat healthy, work hard, and still feel stuck wondering why nothing is changing.

You don’t need another conflicting video. You need a simple, custom system that clears the noise and guarantees execution.

Just like we did for our client who was tired of being confused, we want to hand you the exact roadmap to go from stuck to kicking ass.

The WTS Clear-Path Coaching Offer

We are taking on a small group of people this week who are ready to stop guessing and finally lock into a real plan:

* 1- In-Person Spot on my personal roster (Hands-on coaching at West Texas Strength in San Angelo)
* 3- In-Person Spots With Our Lead WTS Coaching Team (Hands-on, floor-led execution)

Here is what we build for you when you join:

* Your Custom Action Map: A clear training plan that matches your goals, with no extreme 5-day burnouts or confusing rules.

* Simple Fueling Strategy: Learn how to eat for real progress without cutting out every food you enjoy.

* Direct Weekly Coaching: We look at your numbers, adjust your path in real time, and handle all the thinking for you.

* Unmatched Accountability: When energy is low, our system holds the standard so you never fall off.

👉 Comment “CLEAR” below or send us a DM right now, and let’s build your path today!

I remember opening West Texas Strength with my wife, and we had no clue what to expect or what running a business would demand.

Early in business, the focus is to survive. I needed to help people, but at the same I needed to provide.

We help everyone and offer options for different budgets, program options, online coaching, shirts, supplements, ebooks, etc.

We tried a strategy to get more members and clients, then watched a video saying we should be doing something else.

We made it by, but we knew we could do better.

A friend of mine who owns several gyms was hosting a seminar with a coach who helped business owners get their stuff together.

We took a trip, and we ended up getting help.

To get help, it started with an assessment of our business. Sound familiar from yesterday? Our WTS Assessment does the same but for your health and wellness goals.

Next, we set clear expectations with our coach and mapped out the process to get there.

Just like our coach helped us in business, the WTS System I developed provides clarity, structure, and a roadmap to results.

Stay tuned

Yesterday I showed you how a client lost over 30lbs and gained strength in the process.

Here’s what we did.

1) Used our WTS assessment
2) Created a commitment checklist
3) Developed SMART goals
4) Created a clear plan for his nutrition & training.
5) Held him accountable.

He was so used to getting distracted and knocked off his plan that he couldn’t get closer to achieving his goals.

So I know I listed 5 points, but these are included
In our 3-phase system.

Phase I: create clarity and structure.
Phase II: Dial everything in to optimize performance
Phase III: Hit peak performance and develop long-term success.

Tomorrow I’ll talk about how I have used our WTS System for success.

One of our clients came to us confused about why he wasn’t making progress.

He was taking supplements, training 5 days per week and felt like he was working hard.

He saw somewhere that he needed to change up his training and that foods were causing inflammation

So he tried that.

With no change, he finally reached out.

I got him set up with the West Texas Strength System.

The biggest obstacle we removed was confusion.

We laid out our signature 16-week program to simplify the process.

3 phases. Filled with progress.

Take a look at the weight loss trend on the chart.

Tomorrow I’ll show you how our 3 phase system changed up the game for our client.

Most of you have tried to lose weight, build muscle, and improve your fitness.

You started training five days a week

Cutting out
Sugar
Bread
Pasta

Then you see a video talking about how training 5 days a week is not good for you.

You see a nutrition video telling you that everything is bad for you.

You get confused, frustrated, and don’t know what to do next.

One of our clients had this problem. They would eat healthy and didn’t understand why things weren’t changing.

Does this sound familiar?

Later this week I’ll show you how we helped this client go from confused to kicking ass.
