What If You Poured Into You, Like You Do Others?

It’s easy to get caught up taking care of others - friends, family, partners, kids - making sure they’re good, and essentially pouring into their cup.

But who’s pouring into your cup? ☕️

Sometimes we don’t realize we’re not pouring into ourself until we’re running on low or even empty🪫⚠️

Some signs your cup needs refilling 🪧
- Lack of motivation
- Physical/emotional/mental exhaustion
- Resentfulness
- Anxiousness
- Irritability
Did we strike a nerve with any of these 👀❓

It’s a balancing act ⚖️
The 🔑 is to make sure you’re continuously pouring into yourself, and not waiting until it’s empty 🥰✨🤍
