Un dimanche bien rempli 🖤

Nous avons eu le plaisir de collaborer avec @maisondupere afin d’offrir un brunch à plus de 50 personnes. Un immense merci à tous ceux qui ont participé et qui ont contribué à rendre ce moment possible: @sysco_qc @canamfruits @maisonduroti @chanelsoroka .

Ce sont des moments comme celui-ci qui nous rappellent l’importance de se rassembler et de redonner à notre communauté. Nous sommes profondément reconnaissants envers toutes les personnes qui ont contribué et qui ont fait une réelle différence.

Dimanche dernier, nos deux restaurants (@selnoirmtl & @amalia.montreal ) ont uni leurs forces pour organiser une grande collecte alimentaire.

Un immense merci au Centre Lasallien, à nos employés qui ont choisi de donner de leur temps pendant leur journée de congé, ainsi qu’à nos amis et familles venus nous prêter main-forte.

Grâce à vous, plus de 225 personnes ont pu être nourries.

C’est dans ces moments-là qu’on se rappelle pourquoi on fait ce qu’on fait. 🤍

VISITE AU RESTAURANT SEL NOIR STEAKHOUSE 🥩🍷

Situé en plein coeur de Montréal, ce restaurant ouvert depuis un peu moins d’un an est vraiment à essayer! 👌

Coup de coeur pour la Burrata avec les tomates ancestrales du Québec et le fromage directement importé d’Italie. 🇮🇹

Et le Surf & Turf complètement débile! 🔥

There's a NEW STEAKHOUSE in Montreal – and you absolutely need to add it to your date night repertoire 🔥

Chic and intimate, @selnoirmtl makes for the perfect spot to indulge in both delicious food & an elegant aesthetic (just look at that bar!)

We started with the orange NY sour & spicy marg (my go-to), and the burrata over tomato confit with olive tapenade, plus the gorgeously-plated salmon gravlax. Fresh and well-balanced between the cream & chili slices 🌶️

For the mains, well let's just say, it doesn't get any better than this: Two perfectly medium-rare steaks, the filet mignon and the New York strip. And I don't say this lightly, the exterior crust and tender filet's interior were to die for. The decadent stuffed potato & crispy french fries made for tasty sides, and we obviously cleaned our plates! 🥩

For dessert? The creamy tiramisu and orange white chocolate mousse, ideal for sharing.

What we loved so much about #SelNoir is their attention to detail. They have sauces & herb butters for every palatte. We went with a classic pepper sauce, but they have other tempting options like red wine reduction, chimichurri, goat cheese cream, Maitre D, truffle, and cajun butters.

This gem was a pleasure to discover and we're already looking forward to heading back. Word to the wise, their Valentine's Day menu is sure to be mind-blowing. Don't wait to reserve! 😍 #invite #collab
