✨ Sometimes plans change. 🤍

And here we are … 🏁 Rennkalender steht, Training läuft. So much for retiring. 😅💪🏼

Feuerkogel 🔥Berglauf 🥈

Hochfellnberglauf – 8th Place ⛰️ 47:44 min. ⏰

Finally, a race again! 🤩 When the annual Hochfelln Mountain Race takes place, you simply have to be there.
The last few weeks have been very tough due to a lingering hip injury. Until yesterday afternoon, my participation was still up in the air, as I hadn’t yet been able to put weight on my leg on flat terrain. But since uphill running felt somewhat manageable, I really wanted to take part - and the primary goal was enjoying the mountain and people.

And it was more than worth it: 8th place in a very strong field—and above all, finally back to racing 🏃🏽 and back in the environment I’ve missed so much. I’m very happy with my performance today 😀, though I also hope to be able to run pain-free again soon :) 🤕

Finally, a big thank you to Ski Club Bergen @skiclubbergen.hochfelln for organizing Germany’s biggest and most beautiful mountain race ⛰️🇩🇪

AND: especially thank you 🫶🏼to @sportschulekinema for the rehab and the mental support!! @rockabella1410
