There’s something healing about being around women who know how to pour into each other. This weekend at Melba’s was slow in the best way: good food, prayer, workouts, pool days, shots, deep conversations, gifts, laughter, shopping, rest and the kind of care that fills your cup back up.

No pressure to perform.
No scene to chase.
Just softness, friendship and being fully present.

The older I get, the more I realize this a major part of building and having a rich life! #girlsweekend #friendship #softlife #richlife #20+yearsoffriendship

Content didn’t click for me overnight.

It took years of trial and error, studying other brands, paying attention to what actually made people stop scrolling—and being willing to look a little crazy in the process 😭

This ad was filmed in the middle of Midtown Atlanta…
With a leaf blower…
Blowing up someone’s tracks…
In public.

Hilarious? Yes.
Embarrassing? NO, We didn’t care
Worth it? Absolutely.

What I’ve learned over the years with content creation:
You don’t always need a full team, a big budget, or a videographer to create great content.

You need:
•A iPhone pro max 😂
• IN SHOT app for editing
• An understanding of what your audience wants to see (read your comments to find it or ask ChatGPT)
• Willingness to test and learn
• Consistency
• And the courage to press record anyway (AND POST IT)

Some of my best-performing content came from simply figuring it out as I went.

So if you’re waiting until everything is “perfect” — don’t.
Study content. Film your own videos. Try things. Adjust. Repeat what works over and over again!

This is what content creation really looks like behind the scenes….and honestly, I love it. Couldn’t have pulled this one off without a team tho 😂@torrencestudios @xocoya @gosleekhair
