Wednesday is my DEEP WORK day. It's the only day of the week that I never schedule anything. I drop the kids off at school and get busy. It's definitely my most productive day of the week because I:

✨Set 3 Priorities to accomplish (I know these the night before)
✨Time Block so there's a time dedicated to each priority
✨Eliminate distractions...if you call or text me before 3:00pm, you probably won't get a response.

I had no idea a Reel of my sweatshirts would “reactivate” my page & allow me to be seen again. Over the past week a lot of newbies have followed me (almost 1000) so I wanted to say wassupppp & give a quick introduction.⁣

The idea of the sweatshirts came about 4 years ago when I was struggling with my identity. I knew the woman I wanted to be but I wasn’t making the proper moves to become “Her,” so I created a plan, eliminated distractions & woke up everyday fighting to be Her.⁣

Maintenance mode continues…

One thing about me? I’m going to get up and get myself together.☺️

Even on the days I don’t have much going on, I’ve learned that taking the time to get dressed, do my hair, put on a little makeup, and feel good about myself makes such a difference in how I approach the day.

It’s not always about having somewhere to go (and never about having somebody to impress). Sometimes it’s simply about showing up for yourself.

And listen, some days that’s a full face and a cute outfit. Other days it’s sweats & a cute sweater. Either way, we’re getting up and getting into the day. 😂

It’s been a while since I’ve shared this☕️🗓️

I’ve been using pretty much the same weekly planning system for over 5 years now, and while my life has changed A LOT, this is one routine that has stayed consistent.

Between corporate work, running a business, motherhood, fitness, and trying to have a life outside of all of that 😂, I need a system that works WITH my life, not one that makes it more complicated.

So every Sunday, I take a little time to get everything out of my head, review my calendars, revisit my goals, and make a plan for the week ahead.

Nothing fancy. Nothing complicated. Just a system I’ve been able to stick with.

And here’s what I want you to remember: The goal isn’t to plan a perfect week. It’s to make the week a little easier to live.

Because life is going to life regardless. We might as well give ourselves a little head start. 🤍

Between corporate work, HDG, client projects, kids’ schedules, finances, fitness, wellness and everything else life throws at me, I need things to have a HOME.

Parenting teenagers in the digital age is a whole different ball game. 😅

At 13 and 15, I want my kids to have independence, but I also want the tools to help them navigate everything that comes with having a phone. The Bark Phone gives them the smartphone experience they want while giving me parental controls and alerts for potential concerns.
