Ironman World Championships 2026 🌺

The race was every bit as brutal as they say... Crazy waves on the 3.8km swim 🌊, headwind going to Hawi and back 💨 on the 180km bike and scorching heat 🔥 on the 42.2km run - both from the sun above and the asphalt on the legendary Queen K highway below.

Thankfully, I had @em.nagel, @coconb_5, @laeriluhu, @carolineleuenberger, @al_kosi, @tri_journey_andy, @tri_and_ski, and @yannickcs out on the course with me and so many family members and friends supporting from the sidelines and from afar.🙏

And want to know the best part? Reaching that epic finish line under a bright orange sky, just as the sun was setting with the whole crowd chanting my name - a moment I'll carry with me for the rest of my days.🧡

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone who has been a part of this crazy rollercoaster ride, especially @yannickcs who inspired me to give the full distance a go in the first place, @laurekessler for her ongoing support - both as my coach and dear friend -, Mom and Dad who crossed the ocean to be there for me, all my friends who helped me get where I am today, and my incredible team at @officially_laclick who made this possible while working full time. They say it takes a village and you are mine! 🥹

🏆THE 2026 VTLZR GAMES🏆

Tug of war, sandbag lunges, zig zag wall balls, bear crawls in the sand - all of it.

A glimpse into our epic Saturday morning where community meets competition.

Every year this event gets more intense, and every year the athletes rise to the occasion.

A massive thank you to @myprotein for sponsoring the VTLZR Games! 🏆

Safe to say that’s the last time I’m ever doing the limbo

2026 @teamvtlzr retreat weekend with amazing people 🙌

5 years of injuries, surgeries, sobriety and recovery - and it all brought me to one weekend that changed everything.

It’s unlike me to be speechless, but words aren’t enough to describe such a special experience.

I found a community on the other side of the country that welcomed me in with such enthusiasm, kindness and hype that I felt truly grateful to be able to move my body enough to keep up.

And when I couldn’t, I was met with so much energy and encouragement that it gave me the resolve I needed to finish strong.

Everyone is so incredibly inspiring. Such talented athletes. And honestly the coolest humans ever!

After this weekend, I feel like I can do anything.⚡️

Can’t wait for next year!!!

where do I event start 🥹I had the time of my life at @teamvtlzr retreat, meeting friends IRL, making new ones and visiting my brother in NY.

I’m truly in awe of how incredible humans are. We are so capable of overcoming the most life-defining challenges and still come out on the other side better, faster, stronger.

“Inveniam viam aut faciam” meaning,
“I shall either find a way or make one”.

Big shout out to @derekmorgen . I’m so proud of you for bringing all these amazing athletes together and making the vision possible.

My heart is so full. Spirit inspired. Muscles SORE 😂

Can’t wait for next time!! And I’m so ready to start training for my first race 💪😝
