Smooth vibes on a Friday evening. Sometimes you gotta slow it down and just flow with it.

MISDIRECTION CHALLENGE🚨‼️
A few years ago while at an event with Phil, he was calling a routine; after the first round of song he switched and had us go left. Everyone was caught off guard when he did it. He called this “misdirection”.

As important as it is to start on the right side of board, we cannot neglect the left side. So it’s good to be aware and strong on both sides. You never know with Phil or another ❌Coach who may take you in another direction. Always be at the ready. Give this a try and see how you do; ❌Coaches introduce this to your classes to build that left side memory and mental agility. Have fun with it. Love you all and keep being great on the step!😊❤️❌
