Big plans but through faith, God’s plans are BIGGER!
Time to go to work!!

God sent His only Son to die for the sin of the world so we could have a relationship with Him and the grace to enter His kingdom.

Don’t work to be worthy. Work in gratitude.
Gods glory will be revealed in you!

JESUS IS KING ✝️🧎🏻

@chriscamozzimma and I are demonstrating a crucifix setup from what I call Cowcatcher Control. By occupying the armpits from the front and back, I create a controlling loop, almost like an inverted seatbelt, giving me time to secure the crucifix.

My goal is to transition the trapped arm to my bottom leg, using its weight to pin the arm in a Kimura position. From there, I capture the wrist, control both arms, and pass my leg over the head into a side triangle. This is what I call the WTF.

One of my students said it reminded him of the Viking Blood Eagle. Look that one up and tell me what you think! Does the name fit?

Walked out to use the bathroom, and by the time I came back, everybody already had a partner. 😂 Had to sit out until the next round so the coach could work me in.

I looked SO dejected! This old man really wanted that work! 🥲🥋💪🏾

Lesson learned: You snooze, you lose! Stay present, stay ready, and don’t miss your opportunity. Even at 45, I’m still hungry for the work! 😂🔥

Call me old school, but the Jiu-Jitsu I grew up learning was based around one question. Would this work in a fight?

Coaching MMA and exploring catch wrestling and other grappling systems have been some of the best things for my Jiu-Jitsu. Control is everything when strikes are involved. Give someone space and you’re getting hit. Right now we’re focused on back control and finding finishes that are quick, nasty, and powerful.

Modern sport Jiu-Jitsu often comes with an agreement to play the game. MMA doesn’t. Get into an MMA room and test your ability to control someone who doesn’t want to play Jiu-Jitsu.

Ever since I learned the Wingman concept from @therealjaviervazquez, it’s easily become my favorite way to control and attack the back.

Once I started really working with it, I realized I didn’t always need a traditional grip to finish the RNC. Control my elbow, slide the hand underneath my armpit, and the choke gets incredibly tight. What I really like about Wingman is how overwhelming it becomes. They’re so busy dealing with constant attacks around the neck that they often forget about untangling the legs.

It took me a while to develop, but I stuck with it until it clicked. I like it even more for fighting because now you can mix in punches, scrape the jaw, lift the chin like a Pez dispenser and keep creating problems until the neck opens up. Just a constant bombardment of attacks.

These babies! They’re growing up so fast! I can barely fit them in my arms lol. Will be taking better photos this weekend of all the puppies available and will start opening up for deposits. They’re turning 5 weeks this Friday! These pups are Champion Bark Walburg ❌ WCBF Laramie. They’re siblings to 100x Grand Champion Zero Barks Given. This bloodline is special for show, breeding and as a pet! DM me for info! #pqbnoco #playersquartersbullies #winnerscirclebullyfarm #pocketbullypuppy #americanbully
