Pas de s’Espalmador, Formentera — where the Mediterranean turns every shade of blue.

Just off the northern tip of Formentera lies S’Espalmador, a small protected island separated from Formentera by a channel only around 150–200 metres wide. It forms part of the Ses Salines Natural Park, surrounded by crystal-clear water, dunes and almost untouched coastline. (Visit Formentera⁠)

One of those places that makes you understand why people keep coming back to the Balearic Islands.

三月的最後一天，我花了十分鐘滑完這個月的相簿。

第一張收進精選的，是跑完五十公里終點的臉——累到笑不出來，但眼睛在笑。

最難忘的還是生日那天。站在喀斯特地形的群山之間，那種被山包圍的開心，是很難用文字還原的那種。

然後是一張一張的合照：在Hyrox場邊幫大學好友吶喊、在台北街頭和瑞士騎旅認識的朋友吃鹹酥雞、還有在音樂酒吧邊聽live band邊剪片的豬式會社（心血來潮的取名🤣)。

以及家人們圍在一起幫我過生日，謝謝豬豬訂製的蛋糕——那種被人記住、被人用心對待的感覺，是會暖很久的。
每一張都在提醒我，這個月我被很多人接住過。

滑到後面，是打PRP的腳踝。耳朵還記得韌帶撕裂的那一聲。這個月我嘗試了人生第一次 50 公里的越野跑，解鎖了體能的新長度，卻也意外在 PRP 的針頭下，被迫學會另一種長度：休息。

這才發現，比起無止盡地衝刺，那種「理直氣壯的停頓」反而更需要勇氣。

因緣際會下也體驗了影音課，感受到自己分析師的靈魂被那些系統化的自媒體脈絡點燃，這比學習什麼流量密碼都讓人興奮。

三月的最後一週，我感覺到了一絲社群倦怠。生日月總是會讓我稍微停下來，回頭看看走過的路，也往前望一眼。謝謝爸媽讓我來到這個世界上，體驗人生，遊戲這一回。

生活不必總是在「更新中」，有時候「維修中」的風景，反而最迷人🥰

March was a month of full spectrum living — hitting a personal milestone at 50K, getting injured, celebrating a birthday surrounded by mountains and the people I love, and quietly recharging in between.

Not every month gets to be a highlight reel. Some moments you frame, some moments you limp through. But looking back at the photos, I think that’s exactly what makes it worth remembering.

Grateful for the people who showed up, the body that carried me, and the parents who gave me a shot at this game called life.
