At our next park show on May 30th in coloration with @aylisf + @unabridgedsf, we’re proud to have a special live set from the sonically alchemical local duo YANTRA ahead of an upcoming new release this summer.

YANTRA (@yantrarhythm) are artist-producer Yaniv De Ridder, also known by the alias YNV, and lyricist-vocalist-instrumentalist Janina Angel Bath. The pair have worked together for some time, beginning with YNV’s 2021 LP Golden Hour Ritual. On Western Paradox, a YNV EP released last year on Subject To Restrictions Discs, Bath contributed vocals—and so YANTRA, the project and the concept, was born. Working together, the pair craft new forms of transcendent sound, timeless and familiar all at once.

Collapsing new rhythms and industrial visions meet restless melodic vocals on Gateway, the debut album from San Francisco duo YANTRA on Swiss label Subject To Restrictions Discs. This isn’t dance music, but you will dance to it. It isn’t ritual music, but it will channel spirits.

The dreamer is still asleep. She awakens to heed the call. Curious downtempo drums, spartan and potent, animate the body. Running through the city, shadows dance on walls, and alluring voices, whispered, sung, and soaring, possess the mind. At the end of the path, gazing at the mirror’s edge, she finds the source of the voice—and realizes it’s her own.

Tickets available now at earthling.fyi 🔮

Gateway by Yantra – Official music video out now.

Shot in a single take and processed entirely through analog video, the visuals mirror the track’s hypnotic tension and raw immediacy. Industrial rhythms, restless melodies and a sense of forward motion driven by the belief that a door will eventually open.

Gateway is the title track from YANTRA’s debut album, out via Subject To Restrictions Discs.

10 years of Neubau

December 2025 marks a decade of Neubau. Unbelievable how time flies.

Looking back at all the memories we were fortunate enough to create along the way - together with so many extraordinary people, many of whom became friends - makes us more than happy.

We’re deeply thankful to all artists, graphic designers, audio engineers, distributors, record stores, the Neubau community and fanbase, listeners, dancers, and all other collaborators involved in making it possible for us to share music and art the way we did.

We can’t thank our beloved artists enough for trusting us with their music, especially Aufgang B (@alexander_arpeggio & Cid Hohner) and @lowtrax, who believed in us when Neubau was still just a vague idea.

Over those 10 years, as the scene evolved, we chose not to follow paths that shifted the focus away from music itself - which we believe should always remain at the center of attention.

We are currently overwhelmed by the omnipresence and ever-growing importance of social media within the electronic music industry, which is why we have decided to switch into hibernation mode for the time being.

As a label, we still believe the music we had the privilege to share will find the right people without us pushing too hard. Our sonic world is open to anyone willing to engage with ‘difficult’ or ‘demanding’ music and to dig deeper rather than just scratching the surface. We cordially invite everyone to dive in and join us.

Active and conscious listening over fast consumption. Always.
