POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

hello! we’re back for a special one-off party :)

🗓 FRIDAY, MARCH 21 9p-2a
🌀 ELENA COLOMBI (extended DJ set) + YANTRA (early live set)
🏠 UNDERGROUND SF, 424 Haight St.
🎟 $15 early, $20 general, tix: vagueterrain.club

✍️ ELENA COLOMBI has been on our list since the beginning. an NTS Radio resident and a mainstay at left-field clubs + festivals worldwide, their DJ sets course through cosmic psychedelia, slow-groove techno, twisted breakbeats, and post-punk pleasure. their record label OSÀRE! EDITIONS presents cold-world alternative club spells from artists like KINZUA, L/F/D/M, COBY SEY, SEPEHR, OCTOBER, LAUREL HALO, UPSAMMY, and many more…

💠 YANTRA is the new musical project from artist-producer and Vague Terrain co-founder YNV and lyricist-vocalist-instrumentalist JANINA ANGEL BATH. their new LP, GATEWAY, features collapsing new rhythms and industrial visions besides enchanting melodic vocals. this will be their DEBUT live performance—they play EARLY at 9:30pm!

please join us for a special night! taken in San Francisco, California by @vague.terrain

the details:

December 1 marks our 50th party … and for the time being, it will be our last. we’re trying something different: we’re starting early at 7PM, and we’re bringing in our friend and talented chef Dario Barbone, who runs AURORA ALIMENTARI on Potrero Hill, an Italian deli-and-more, for DINNER & A DANCE.

from 7pm-9pm, we’re serving a delicious meal (veg and non-veg options available!) prepared by Aurora, with tunes selected by VT resident Elexos. PLEASE NOTE: food will be available by PRESALE ONLY to ensure accurate prep.

at 9pm we move into our usual club night, featuring a live set by LATER VERSION followed by an extended set by ARTHUR, bringing selections of vintage dub, roots reggae, dubstep, and breakbeats all the way from Berlin.

as we come to the close of our monthly series, we owe endless gratitude to all the artists that joined us over the years (swipe for A-Z) and especially all the patrons that supported and danced with us. we’d love to see you for the final sendoff. see you there! taken in San Francisco, California by @vague.terrain
