Rooftop, please! ✨ The moment guests stepped off the elevator and turned the corner, they were welcomed into the event with this custom backdrop, setting the tone for the event. Complete with branded coconuts, the Peach Check mirror, 4ft marquees, and incredible vendors stationed throughout the rooftop, this event was a true testament to everything @flexnsqueeze has built over the last year. The weather almost had other plans, but I spent the entire setup praying the rain would hold off just long enough for everything to come together. And it did. 🙏 One of my favorite things about working with Yara has always been the support surrounding her. Her boyfriend, parents, and brother are always there, always cheering her on, and it’s something that’s truly special to witness. It says so much about the people behind the brand. There are a lot of moments you don’t see. The late nights. The doubts. The fear of failing. The tears. The excitement. The moments where I wondered if anyone would show up. Flex N’ Squeeze has never been about perfect events. It’s always been about creating a space where women are able to show up for themselves, leave more confident, make some friends, and have something to look forward to every month. One year later… here we are. See you July 18.

One year ago, Flex N’ Squeeze was just an idea.. Honestly… I never imagined it would become what it is today. I just wanted to create something that brought women together. A place where we could grow our booties, feel confident, meet new friends, support local businesses, and have fun.. I remember wondering, “What if nobody comes?”.. “Am I good enough to do this?”.. “What if I fail?”.. Now, here we are… one year later. We’ve had girls come alone and leave with new friendships. We’ve worked with so many incredible local businesses. We’ve laughed, sweated, danced, cried happy tears, and created memories I’ll never forget. Flex N’ Squeeze has become so much more than fitness. It’s become a community, lifestyle, a family. To every single person who’s bought a ticket, shared a post, told a friend, partnered with us, or simply believed in what we’re building… thank you. Seriously. None of this would be possible without you guys. Getting your messages saying you bought tickets, seeing you post about FNS, watching you come back event after event… it means more to me than you’ll ever know.. truly. This community is something I’ll never take for granted. I’m so excited to celebrate ONE YEAR with all of you on July 18 🧡 And if this first year has taught me anything… We’re just getting started. Let’s Flex, Let’s Squeeze, Let’s Flex N’ Squeeze 🧡

Flex N Squeeze throws the best events in AZ. Yara so graciously donated her time & skills for our Charity Wellness Event (Wellness for today, Memories for Tomorrow) this past February that we had to reciprocate.
