The White Lady of Kinsale remains a haunting presence at Charles Fort.

This is the tragic tale of how she came to be.

Brave enough to visit? Use the Payzone App to park in Kinsale and 16 other counties this Spooky Season.

Some places ask you to rush.
We'd rather you slowed down.
If you could press pause on Christmas for just one evening with the people you love, would you?

With the weather so bad outside, you might as well be in an ice bath 🤣

Sorry to anyone walking down the Marina for all the whingeing & roaring. It was beautiful peaceful spot till I jumped in.

Most people are going jazzing in Cork this weekend. I’ll be doing well to be thawed out by then 🥶🎷

Cork people know 🍂🙌🏻

Weekend walks down the Marina when the sun is shining and the weather is crisp cannot be beaten☺️

Everyone is in good spirits, smiling, chatting and saying hello, queuing up for their coffee, out for a run or heading onto the water.

It really is the heart of our city🤗

Be honest, how long have you been meaning to try a class?

Most people tell us the same things. “I don’t know which class to pick.” “I’ll be the only beginner.” “I’m not flexible enough.” We’ve heard them all, and we get it, we all have been there. So we’re doing something about it.

Our very first Open Day is on Sunday 15 November, and you can try a class for just €10.

All classes are beginner friendly

Come meet the teachers and our lovely studio!!! Free parking right outside the door.

Try any of these classes; you can book more than one if you like:

Mat Classes
9.30am Warm Flow
10.45am Hot Pilates
12pm Yin Yoga
1.15pm Sculpt Mat Pilates

Reformer Classes

9.15am - Reformer for strength mixed level
12:45 pm - Reformer for strength Mixed level
1:30 pm - Reformer for strength Mixed level
2.15pm - Reformer for strength mixed level

Spaces are limited in each class, so book early!! Stay after for tea, coffee and cakes.

If you love it, sign up for a membership or class pass on the day and you’ll get a €10 discount on your monthly membership or €10 off any class pass. No pressure.

Everyone’s welcome. You don’t need any previous experience; you just have to turn up with a smile. No mat needed. Reformer classes require grip socks

Book on our website, link in bio. Send this post to the friend you’d bring along!!
