I’M STILL TRYING TO PROCESS WHAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT… 😭🏆

I was named 2026 Real Producers ESPE LEADER OF THE YEAR as a Broker, recognizing leadership across the DFW real estate industry!!!

I was in COMPLETE SHOCK. I didn’t even prepare a speech because I genuinely didn’t think I would win. 😂 I was a finalist of 4 and up against some of the biggest names in our industry!

Almost 3 years ago we launched Elite Real Estate with a vision and a whole lot of faith. Today, we’re almost 250 agents strong, growing weekly, and home to some of the best and highest producers in DFW, and somehow I’m standing on that stage receiving LEADER OF THE YEAR!

GOD HAS BEEN SO GOOD & FAITHFUL TO US!

What made the night even more special was seeing so many of our Elite agents in that room, recognized among the top producers and leaders in a market of over 60,000 agents. I was SO PROUD!

To my Elite family… I know my name is on this award, but I wouldn’t be here without YOU. You trusted me, believed in the vision, and helped build what Elite is today.

WE’VE GROWN TOGETHER, and I’m so grateful I get to do this with you. It’s been my greatest honor to serve you all!

To my beautiful wife, Esther… you’ve been beside me through every season of building this thing. You’ve believed in me, prayed with me, and supported me through it all. I love you, babe. This win is ours. ❤

To everyone who voted and supported me, THANK YOU!!!

Top 500 out of 60,000 agents in DFW?! Still trying to wrap my head around that one🥹

Feeling incredibly blessed and honored to be on this journey with a brokerage I love, a broker who leads with such a selfless heart and goes above and beyond for every single one of his agents, and an amazing group of agents I get to learn from, look up to, and work alongside. 🖤
Last night was one for the books! I’m so incredibly proud of Steve for being named Leader of the Year and Mariah for Rising Star of the Year! Two amazing people who couldn’t be more deserving of this recognition 🏆✨

Excited to finish this year off strong and excited to see what 2027 will bring at Elite 🙏🏼 Congratulations all!

To be recognized among the 250 top producers in a market of over 60,000 is actually mind-blowing. Every scrap of the glory and honor belongs to the Lord. 🙌🏼

2026 has been one of the most transformative years of my life.

In a church small group setting, I shared that I knew the Lord was taking me somewhere this year, but I had no idea WHERE He was leading me or WHAT that actually meant. If I’m being honest, it was a pretty scary feeling. Even though I’ve been walking with the Lord my whole life, not being in control never initially feels secure. Regardless, I just kept telling myself, “Whatever He’s about to do, I know it’s going to be good.”

We still have about a quarter of the year left, but I can already say this year has marked me and my walk with the Lord in such a powerful way. My business has transformed, yet continued to grow. My love for creativity has re-emerged. And my pursuit of the Kingdom has never been more fierce.

2027 will be a year of MULTIPLICATION. I’m ready for it.
