ALL IN Summit ♥️

My first time speaking at a summit, and a moment I’ll never forget. So grateful to share my story and hopefully encourage someone along the way.

In a world where HOAs are disliked, I stand for them😭
Not only that the builders building in this community are covering closing cost, buying down your rate, doing full build outs or semi custom homes! 👀

Not kidding! We have 2 acres to build our next home and it’s in an HOA. I wouldn’t tell you to something or buy something I wouldn’t do/buy.

You know when you go to tour a house and you see the neighbors property full of junk, trash, broken down cars? That won’t happen here! They ensure the homeowners in the community upkeep their property + you even get to enjoy all the amenities they offer!
•Pools
•Parks
•Trails
•Amenity centers and more depending on the community!

Next episode is over what you really need to be looking out for when purchasing a home, these are typically your most costly items 👀

1. Condition of the roof
2. Plumbing
3. HVAC unit & Furnace
4. Foundation
5. Electrical

Added items we love pointing out:
1. Does the home have sufficient insulation
2. Age of windows
3. Does the home have gutters / are they needed
4. Age of water heater

Remember every home is different and every inspection report is 25-50 pages it’s important to go over major and minor items that need repairs or replacements before disqualifying a home or moving forward on a home purchase.

Many of these items we negotiate to be repaired or replaced prior to closing during the option period 🧐
