🐓 BOOKSTA WITH FRIENDS ! Welcome to Booksta With Friends ! Discover the favorite October reads of six fabulous Bookstagrammers ! Wanna join next time ? Leave a comment ! 🌟 @mood.reader.and.reviewer : Kindling by Traci Chee This is the first time I like 3rd person pov. I also loved that it had multiple povs. 🌟 @get.outside.and.read : Beautiful Ugly by Alice Feeney Beautiful Ugly was my first Fenney book and definitely won’t be my last. I listened to the audiobook which was amazingly well done with dual narrators, accents and sound affects. The plot was so creepy and twisty. I loved how the author doled out small clues and the mystery slowly unfolded. I got creepy vibes throughout and just couldn’t stop reading to find out what was going to happen. 🌟 @yeewenreads : The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune Cozy fantasy for those who want an entertaining/engaging, sometimes funny, simple read ⭐️ @lflbookadventures : Wandering Stars by Tommy Orange This book is a prequel and sequel to his debut novel There There. It tells the story of an Indigenous boy who survives the Sand Creek Massacre of 1864 and goes on to adopt the name Jude Star. I found it to be a powerful and thought-provoking novel that portrays how intergenerational trauma manifests. It’s also a searing indictment of America’s war on its own people. I recommend reading There There, first. 🌟 @mimayk.reads : Tell Me Three Things by Julie Buxbaum I really liked “Tell Me Three Things”, because it tells a great story about dealing with loss and starting fresh, while also being fun and mysterious. 🌟 @ablueboxfullofbooks : Strange Folk by Alli Dyer Strange Folk is about family ties and heritage. Between strange phenomena and ancestral magic, this novel takes the reader into an incredible journey through time, space, and the shadows of the mind. #bookstawithfriends #books #bookstagram #bookrecommendations #favebooks #decemberreads #booktok ⁉️ What was your November favorite read ?
