Dinner last night was 10/10 at @yeibohkitchen Surf & turf mac *Chyno modification* perfectly cooked fire grilled honey jerk lamb chops x SUB @chefnamechris garlic, pepper shrimp on their creamy Mac served in a skillet and a kale Caesar salad on the side….perfection.

Okay Yeiboh Kitchen, NOW I see the vision 👏🏾🔥

My first visit didn’t completely hit the way I expected, but Deirdra, the owner, reached out and invited me back to experience Yeiboh the way it was intended, and BABY… the second time?! Completely different experience. 😮‍💨

Yeiboh Kitchen is a Black woman-owned Asian-Caribbean fusion restaurant right here in Baltimore, and this time I tried:

🐟 Whole Grilled Snapper
🍖 Lamb Chops + sides
🔥 Devil Shrimp
🥟 Salmon Wontons
🍸 Dirty Martini
🌿 Mojito

The snapper, lamb chops and devil shrimp?! FIREEEE. 🔥🔥🔥 The salmon wontons weren’t my personal favorite, I wanted something creamy to bring the salmon together a little more, but everything else had me understanding exactly why I needed that second visit.

And I LOVE when an owner actually cares about the guest experience and makes things right. Deirdra definitely did that. 🫶🏾

This summer has been a roller coaster to say the least but I’m luckily to have counted more peaks than valleys. One highlight this summer had to have been hanging out with @acmoore9 @ucancallmesis @dora_the_explorahh & @allsmilesash at @yeibohkitchen - - Two of the phenomenal cast members of BOCKING playing at @bmorecenterstage for a few more days! - I can’t thank you both enough for loving on Baltimore the way you have and continue to do! Baltimore loves them some you!

@yeibohkitchen was a treat to finally visit 🖤

The highlight of our night was the EXTREMELY pleasant & sweet consumer service we experienced ✨

My favorite bites were the brussel sprouts, wings, and egg rolls. The Brussels were crispy with tons of flavor from the Asian twist. The wings were seasoned to perfection and the egg rolls were crispy with a great sauce. I definitely want to try more items!
