BALANCE: In 2017, the framework for the work I was doing as a mentoring professional changed for the better! I met Dr. Torie (as my programs in Memphis called her) and received my copy of “Critical Mentoring: A Practical Guide” free from MENTOR…. Somehow, I knew then I was getting one of the main tools I needed for the WORK..
Years later, I’m READY! Every since building a mentoring program for Girls Inc. of Memphis, I’ve wanted to develop training and resources for girls and now I am READY to embark on a new adventure: (started last January) Black Girls (EM)Power
Not only do #Blackwomendeservethis , but so do our amazing young black girls! #mentor
