Who’s feeling autumnal? 🍂

THIS THURSDAY, we’re taking over @yo.yo.yard for Flux: Glow - an evening of immersive sound, warmth and relaxation.

Inspired by the changing season, we’ll start with a 45-minute headphone sound journey through rustling leaves, crackling fires, comforting field recordings and warm, textured music. A chance to slow down, switch off and get lost in sound.

Then, 75 minutes to unwind at your own pace between the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, accompanied by curated music and sound.

It’s our final event of the year and we’d love to see you there ✨

Only a handful of tickets left!

Tickets via link in bio.

Our final event of the year, in collaboration with @yo.yo.yard ✨

A sauna and sound session inspired by warmth and the comfort of autumn. We’ll begin with a cosy 45-minute guided sound journey, followed by 75 minutes of free flow between the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub and creative courtyard space.

Limited tickets are £35 via the link in our bio.

(Rescheduled from summer after it became clear that a sauna session during an August heatwave wasn’t quite the one…)

The Pebble Stone Sauna Hat

Sauna hats are very important in sauna culture. Wool hats are thermal, protect your head and stop you from overheating!

I hand felt each and every hat at home in East Sussex using British wools and ethically sourced Merino from South America. The thickness varies inbetween 3-5mm, as does the depth, the width and the design slightly.
