NEW WEEKLY SESSION: KUNDALINI SAUNA ✨

Join Tabather on Wednesday afternoons for an hour of breath, movement and meditation in the warmth of the sauna.

Session moves through guided 10–15-minute Kundalini rounds, with breaks to sip tea, cool down in the cold plunge or relax in the hot tub and greenery of the sauna garden.

Kundalini can leave you feeling more present, energised and emotionally lighter—calmer, clearer and more grounded.

Every Tuesday evening, Ruth brings guided breathwork into the sauna at YOYO Yard. Explore how a change in breathing can shift your energy, ease tension and help you feel more present. In between, there’s time for heat, a cold plunge, tea and the garden.

When you visit, take one of our fresh, clean towels to sit on in the sauna, free of charge. That way, the towel you bring can stay dry and clean for your final shower.

And while we’re here, sauna towel politics…

New dates for our Sauna Hat Making Workshop are here 🧵

Spend two hours making your own sauna hat at with Sussex Sauna Hats, using pure wool, cotton and silk thread. You’ll be guided through the making process, then head into the sauna for an hour to try out the hat you’ve just made.

No sewing experience needed. All materials and your sauna session are included.

Join us on Saturday 18th July for a relaxed morning of making, chatting, and sauna. Together with our friends at Sussex Sauna Hats, you’ll create your own custom sauna hat with expert guidance from a professional milliner — no experience needed.
Once your hat is finished, you’ll head into the sauna to put it straight to use 🔥

It’s one of our favourite workshops: hands busy, minds quiet, good company, and a proper sauna to round it all off.

🏳️‍⚧️ BRIGHTON TRANS PRIDE SAUNA FUNDRAISER 🏳️‍⚧️

On Saturday 18th July YoYo Yard are partnering with The Clare Project to host a series of special sauna sessions - E V E R Y penny from these sessions will be donated to the charity (we love the YoYo yard 🥹🫶)

The Clare Project is a Sussex charity providing peer support, advocacy, healthcare navigation and safe spaces for trans+ people

Throughout the day we’ll be hosting:

• Sauna & Sound with Luisa
• Gong Bath & Sauna with Tabather
• Clothing Optional Aufguss with Mika

These sessions are exclusively for the Trans+ community and allies.

Come along to coming to reconnect, celebrate, or just enjoy an hour of care - we’d love to welcome you!

If you’re not eligible to attend these sessions but would still like to support The Clare Project, we’ll also be collecting donations throughout the day.
