FAI Gala in San Francisco ❣️

a reimagined cheese, meats and crudite spread with the gala invitation theme colours of red and white. we built tomato towers topped with crisp radicchio and radish to sit beside geometric sculpted blocks of butter and bread towers. we sourced as many cheeses and meats as imaginable and displayed them on a long U table with live Iberico ham carving as guests arrived. we had a cart of fresh cut tomatoes with flakey salt and servers passing bread on silver platters for easy cheese and meats sampling. what a night and could not have done it without an incredible hard working team! ❤️
