Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is keep showing up.

I will keep showing up for myself, even on the days when I don’t feel strong.

#fridaylinesday 💕

This pose was tricky and fun, thanks for the inspiration guys! Getting both sides was a challenge, but I made it work.

#FridayLinesDay
Manya @shine.of.vibe is our host today and brings us this pretty seated twist called #FLDSitAndTwist, inspired by Kavya @poetry.in.movementt

Such an interesting and cool shape! I was too far away from Paul at first and kept sliding down. And then on the other side, I couldn’t figure out where to put my arms anymore 😂 But I really love this shape! 💖

It’s FriYAY, and this weekend’s #FridayLinesDay pawry is all about sitting pretty and twisting things up! 🐾🌀💗

Meet #FLDSitAndTwist, inspired by the lovely Kavya @poetry.in.movementt ✨

Not gonna lie, the other side had me questioning my life choices for a second 😂 but was it fun? ABSOLUTELY! That’s the beauty of playing with shapes 💁🏻‍♀️one side humbles you, the other keeps you entertained. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Now it’s your turn, line lovers! 💕 Twist, sit, strike a pose and come pawry with us this weekend!

We created a new account: @fridaylinesday
Follow, if you don’t want to miss this fun. Everyone’s invited and join whenever you like!

Each friday we want to share an inspiring yogini/yogi and her/his beautiful lines of a shape and invite you to join us. Always modify as needed and don’t mind, if you don’t get sharp lines. It’s all about the fun and the community.

Please tag us, so we don’t miss your amazing lines and if you like, share it, do it and follow us and @FridayLinesDay for not missing another shape.

We love the idea of supporting each other and get new inspiration. The one we chose catched us with wonderful lines no matter if she/he created the pose or not.

#SimplySundayBackbends

A little Sunday bending, a little heart opening, and a reminder to make space for yourself. 🌞🤍. Btw have you noticed my new haircut hehe

Backbends always remind me that strength and softness can exist together. There’s no need to rush or force your way into a shape ✨just breathe, explore, and let your practice unfold at its own pace. 🌿

And of course, no Sunday is complete without a little time on the mat. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨sharing a day late but gotta show up for myself ✨💖

Tell me, friends are we easing into Monday or jumping straight into the chaos? 😬

Day 8 of #ALotOfLineLove2 it’s Yogi’s Choice 🎨

I am not strange. I am just not normal. -Salvador Dalí

Not every line follows a pattern. Neither do I.

I think this fits my chosen shape perfectly. The lines may not be the most obvious or conventional, but that’s exactly what makes it mine.
