We took our marketing meeting somewhere you can actually feel relaxed — to understand what space, atmosphere, and essence really mean when we talk about wellness.

At Thermea, we paid attention to what they do and how they do it. Sound, temperature, pace, scent.

No, we’re not turning The Well Room into a spa.

But we are asking: what makes people feel nurtured enough to genuinely benefit from their time with us?

Our work at The Well Room isn’t just to teach you a workout or build a stronger, more mobile body — it’s to teach you what wellness feels like for you. To work the nervous system, too.

Our main offering is based around classes — movement — but how can we better support the senses and overall experience of your practice so that it truly becomes your sanctuary.

We’re a small studio in a small town — but that doesn’t limit how we grow.

We pride ourselves on intimacy, on leading in safe numbers, on creating an experience that feels true and a practice that feels strong.

Balance matters.
And we’re here to honour it.

We’ve got new plans for The Well Room this season, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

These retreats aren’t an escape.
They’re a continuation of the work you’re already doing — strength, curiosity, connection, and the kind of adventure that expands you.

We surf.
Maybe you’re learning — maybe you’re returning.
Your package includes a group surf lesson and plenty of days after to continue to practice your skill

With three highly trained instructors leading you through alignment based yoga, strength and mobility practices, and proper restoration — you can truly land in your practice.

An itinerary that is left intentionally spacious so you can choose between beach walks, cliff hikes or cycle routes — maybe all 3 throughout the week.

And, well — this is Europe.
Need I say less regarding the quality of produce, meats and … next slide please.

Custard tarts. Pastel de nata. A signature sweet treat that is worth flying across the ocean to snack on.
We’ll ensure everyone gets to try these fresh treats at least once — likely more.

We’re taking our studio straight into the sunset with our yin and restorative evening practices located on our private rooftop terrace. Not sure it gets much more relaxing than that.

We’ve various packages for our private villa — from double rooms with private balconies to shared spaces. Each room has its own ensuite.

And, with Nourish being founded by a hospitality guru, you know you’re in the hands of a crew that genuinely enjoys ensuring your comfort. We’re here to take care of you — to help you move, restore and live with intention.

To find out more, head to our link in the bio.

We can’t wait to welcome you.

because coming back - again and again - isn’t just a schedule you’re keeping. It isn’t a box to tick.

it’s a promise — to the version of you who almost didn’t show up. To the version of you on the mat right now. And to the version of you, who months from now, living inside what all these small returns add up to.

It’s choosing, week after week, to invest in your well being.

and we’re right here with you.

We see you. We love you. We know your calendar is a lot. 😂
Roll out your mat, take a breath, and remember… you’re allowed to pause too. 🤍✨
