🧘🏼‍♀️ I’ve been a lazy bum + lacking motivation to workout beyond walking my dogs.

So here we go! I found a nice twenty minute yoga session on YouTube to ease back into movement. And wouldn’t ya know, my sore back is feeling better. It was a gentle and relaxing way to get my day going. I warmed up with a 2.7 mile walk with my dogs and settled in for some yoga. The dogs were also very helpful as you can see 😅

I followed a session with @charlieafollows — it was really nice to follow along and not have to come up with anything ✨
