🫣✨💨Literally my worst nightmare if I ever farted while teaching and somehow the mic picked it up to be extra loud 😅😅

Buuuuut it’s all good, as long as we’re safe + have a good time that’s all that matters.

Tracking my health doesn’t need to be complicated—and this made it so much easier 🙌 I’ve been using the @lark_health scale with my Fitbit, and I love how everything syncs automatically in one place. It’s simple, supportive, and actually keeps me consistent. If you’re into stress-free wellness tracking, this is worth checking out.

✨solo parenting wkd success

It started off great with some recognition from @kimmylou00 @crunchfitnessjacksonville + finished off even better when the hubby got home 💕

I’m so thankful to work in such a supportive environment where hard work is recognized. The crunch team really is incredible + I feel so fortunate to be apart of such an awesome group! 🫶🏼

🧘🏼‍♀️ I’ve been a lazy bum + lacking motivation to workout beyond walking my dogs.

So here we go! I found a nice twenty minute yoga session on YouTube to ease back into movement. And wouldn’t ya know, my sore back is feeling better. It was a gentle and relaxing way to get my day going. I warmed up with a 2.7 mile walk with my dogs and settled in for some yoga. The dogs were also very helpful as you can see 😅

I followed a session with @charlieafollows — it was really nice to follow along and not have to come up with anything ✨ by @yogabonesnc

I’m excited to offer a 60 minute beginner-intermediate yoga flow. Come explore the fundamental flowing yoga practice as well as traditional poses, pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness. You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.

Please remember to bring your water, mat and any props (blocks, straps, cushions, etc.) as they are limited. Meeting space will be next to the pond at the golf course. Please park in the parking lot.

If you’d like to have a moment of calmness, increase your flexibility, build strength and balance, then sign up below, space is limited! Feel free to contact me via social media for any questions/concerns. taken in Rock Creek Golf & Country Club by @yogabonesnc

🌺 I’m so happy to be almost finished with my Yoga Instructor Certification! It was great to get my first class jitters out… definitely looking forward to more. I can’t wait for the day I master mirroring + I don’t have to look at my paper to remember what’s next 😅 That’ll come with time!

🧘🏼‍♀️ If you’re in eastern North Carolina, give @yogabonesnc a follow to find the next class or event. I still have a couple of free classes to teach to earn my certificate, so keep an eye out!
