Enge vs. weite Ellbogen in Chaturanga/Liegestütz + die Antwort, die kaum jemand hören will: Keine der beiden Varianten ist per se besser oder schlechter für deine Schulter.

📚 Was sich wirklich ändert, ist nur, welche Muskeln den Großteil der Arbeit übernehmen:

• Enge Ellbogen (nah am Körper) → mehr Trizeps- und vordere Deltoideus-Aktivierung, weniger horizontale Abduktion im Schultergelenk

• Weite Ellbogen → mehr Pectoralis-major-Beteiligung, dafür mehr Drehmoment und Belastung auf die vordere Schulterkapsel

Beides ist ein legitimes Bewegungsmuster, kein Fehler, den du "korrigieren" musst. Entscheidend ist nicht die Position an sich, sondern ob deine Schulter (Kraft, Kontrolle, Kapazität) die gewählte Position unter Wiederholung auch trägt.

Die eigentliche Frage ist also nicht "eng oder weit?", sondern "kann meine Schulter das aktuell gut ab?"

Speicher dir das für deinen nächsten Unterricht oder deine eigene Praxis.
