There’s something special about being surrounded by like-minded women. It creates a kind of connection that’s hard to explain but one that often lasts long after the training ends🥰

You spend months together in your own little yoga bubble. Learning, growing, sharing, supporting each other and somewhere along the way you become really close🩷

It’s become so normal to live and work in isolation.

Working from home.
Building businesses alone.
Carrying & processing everything alone.

Slowly without us even realising it, loneliness has become the norm.

BUT… there are spaces intentionally designed to hold you.

Spaces where you get to:
👉🏼Grow your business with guidance from someone who’s walked the path
👉🏼Be in rooms with women who actually understand your journey
👉🏼Be seen, heard, supported and held

We’re not meant to do life alone.
And we’re definitely not meant to build your dreams alone!!!

Creating these spaces is what I love most 🥹 spaces for women to be held yet spaces that light you TF up and expand you ❤️‍🔥

And I have some of these spaces opening very soon…

🗓️Next week I’m hosting a FREEEE community & coaching call for wellness practitioners who want to be surrounded with like minded women & get the support on how to grow their wellness businesses in 2026.

Rise & Flow 🌞✨

A beautiful Sunday morning spent rising and flowing together with a practice centred around trust.

We moved through gentle yet powerful hip and chest openers, slow intentional flows and balancing poses that invited us to connect with our intuition. It was amazing to share the practice with everyone who joined. Thank you for bringing your presence and energy.

Classes are held in the village hall in the heart of Great Waltham. It’s a light, open space that truly supports the practice.

I’ll be holding one more class on Sunday 4th May before heading off to Bali for a month. Classes will return in mid June with the exact date to be confirmed. I’d love to welcome you back when they do.

If you’d like to join the final class before the break, the link is in my bio. 🌸

✨ Trust ✨

My final class I taught to my yoga sisters was themed on trust.

Trusting in ourselves, our intuition and the journey.

For a long time, I struggled with self doubt and imposter syndrome, and letting those thoughts control me.

Yoga has helped me so much along the way. The practice is the perfect opportunity to turn inwards. Listening to our breath and body, tuning into the natural flow and rhythm of our individual selves. Showing us that we know ourselves and our capabilities more than anyone. Tapping into that inner wisdom and letting it guide us to where we need to be.

6 months ago I trusted myself and signed up to do my 200YTT and I am now a ✨qualified yoga teacher✨.

A heartfelt thank you to @yintotheyangyoga for believing in me, for guiding me with such empathy and patience. Your support has been transformative, and I will forever be grateful. To my yogis, your unwavering support has been my foundation, and to my friends and family, thank you for replacing my doubts with belief.

I’m excited to keep growing and sharing this journey with you all. ✨
