Feeling so grateful to have hosted our first yoga workshop yesterday morning🤩 thank you to everyone that came! We started off catching up with some herbal teas, followed by some journaling and intention setting for the year. We continued our morning with a grounding yoga flow and 30 minute visualisation meditation. Can’t wait to host more of these in 2026🤍💫 by @yogaflowwithem

WELLNESS FEST 2025 🌸 an absolute DREAM hosting this 🥹 captured by the extremely talented @the.social.point 📸

Loved every single moment of bringing this vision to reality and creating such an immersive experience for our guests & also showcasing incredible practitioners in their MAGIC alongside me @coachedbyellenrose @yogaflowwithem @remediesldn

A full day of wellness workshops, mindset work, movement sessions, ice baths, breathwork journeys, skincare masterclasses, yoga, nourishment & connection under the most GLORIOUS summers day at the most stunning venue @fickle.field

Such an honour to create these experiences for such strong women who are truly ready to go within and do the inner work required to make HUGE shifts to their wellness, mindset & lives ❤️‍🔥
