Planning your upcoming trip to Sayulita? Save this video for my 4 favorite activities to do while you’re visiting! 🏄‍♀️🌊🌴

1. boat charter with @sayulitasurfcenter (spearfishing, freediving, surfing and more!)
2. Visit @cachasolmx
3. Spend the day or take a class at @alchemizehouse
4. Take a yoga class at @yogalossuenos

Sayulita has recently gotten her reputation as a party place but as someone who’s lived here for years, the sayulita that I know and love and experience is totally the opposite of that. These are 4 activities that I do frequently with my friend group here that are all very authentic, wholesome, and wellness-oriented!

I had no plan to become a yoga teacher.
In 2013 I signed up for a training in Nicaragua because I loved how I felt on the mat and wanted more of that feeling.

No vision board. No five year plan. Something in me said yes, and I went.

That yes eventually changed my life.

So if something keeps tugging you toward this path and you can’t explain why yet, maybe you don’t need to.

Dreamer, High Achiever or Space Holder? I want to know which one you are.

Next March, @juliahackzell and I are back in Sayulita for our 200h Yoga Teacher Training.

Comment INITIATION + and I’ll send you our free webinar link for tomorrow💜

Which one resonates with you?

Welcome to Hotelito Los Sueños, our home for the Sol Signature Retreat this January.

Tucked away in Sayulita, this is where we’ll spend five days together practicing, resting, eating, connecting, and settling into retreat life.

We’ll start our mornings together in the open-air yoga shala with movement, breathwork and meditation, followed by breakfast before heading into whatever the day has in store.

There are plenty of little spaces around the property to relax between activities. Whether you want to hang by the pool, read, journal, take a nap, or spend time with the group.

And one of our favorite things about Hotelito is that we get this peaceful little retreat space while still being close enough to walk into town and experience Sayulita.

This is the backdrop for our January Sol Signature Retreat, and we can’t wait to welcome you here.

A little scrapbook of the week that started it all 🥹☀️

Here’s a look inside our first Sol Signature retreat. A little glimpse of what a week with us looks and feels like.

Five days in Sayulita filled with yoga, meditation, long breakfasts, jungle hikes, beach days, restorative evenings, really good food, lots of laughs, a few tears, and so many conversations in between.

Some of our favorite memories are the ones we never could have planned: painting rocks around the table on that first afternoon, trying chapulines together, stopping for a drink halfway home from the beach, wandering around town, celebrating birthdays, lingering over meals, and watching new friendships form in real time.

This was the first time we got to see this little idea we had actually come to life. We’ll always be grateful to the people who took a chance on us and made our very first Sol Signature retreat so special.

• Afternoon sessions exploring philosophy, mantra, Sanskrit, and Yin/Restorative practices
• Discussions on yogic texts and themes like devotion, discipline, and surrender
• Meditation and breathwork
• Space for rest, reflection, and integration
• Free time to wander, explore, and enjoy the
beauty of Sayulita
•Welcome & Farewell Dinner’s to gather
• Delicious fresh Breakfast • Sound session • Massage •
• Plus a printed immersion manual & small ritual kit
to take home.

If you’re feeling called to join us, send us a message and we’ll be happy to share all the details before spaces fill.

Get to know your co-founder 🌞

From a kid in Northern Virginia who loved art and dance, to five years chasing a fashion career in NYC, to five years of full-time travel with nothing but yoga as my constant. This is the long way around to Sol Collective.

Alexa and Amanda met in a yoga class in Sayulita years before either of them knew they’d build something together. In April 2026, they hosted their first retreat and it changed everything.

Swipe through for the whole (slightly chaotic, very real) story 🤍

Want to be part of what’s next? Follow along! more retreats and events (in-person and online) coming this winter.

Sometimes you give love, kindness, support and encouragement and it feels like it disappears into the world without ever coming back.

But not everything you give is meant to be returned by the same person.

Trust that what comes from a genuine heart is never wasted. It has a way of finding its way back to you, often when you least expect it and in ways you never imagined.

So don’t stop being kind.
Don’t stop believing in people.
And don’t let disappointment change who you are.

The world needs more hearts that choose love anyway.

Old school yoga ———>>>>>> Modern hearts.Thats our vibe 🤍✨

This is the spirit behind our Soft Yoga Immersion with Henry Vazquez and Vane Morett ✨✨

Over five days, we’ll slow down and create space to explore yoga in a more meaningful way—not as a certification or intensive training, but as an invitation to deepen your relationship with the practice.

Whether you’ve been practicing for years or simply feel called to explore yoga beyond the physical, this immersion is an opportunity to reconnect with the roots of the tradition while embracing its relevance in everyday life.

Join us January 19–23, 2027 in beautiful Sayulita for a nourishing experience of movement, meditation, philosophy, community, and rest.

✨ Early Bird pricing is now available in July and spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
Packages available with and without accomodations.

We can’t wait to share this journey with you.
